Pros

The software is very simple to use, provides solid accounting reports and its app allows easy receipt uploads.

Cons

Uploading receipts through the app is a bit heavy, I think it could be made more efficient.

Setting it up is such a breeze and the mobile app works great. It offers excellent value for the price.

Cons

The iPad display is too small. It would be better if the iPhone app's display were condensed to fit more information on the screen. Also the ability to download data in CSV format would be helpful.

Whenever glitches have occurred, our rep has personally fixed them. He's always eager to understand the issue and it's clear he wants to ensure the software is simple and exceptional.

Pros

The system allows you to manage everything from one platform and treats each property as an independent unit.

Cons

The reporting feature needs improvement. You can input a lot of data but the reports you can generate are quite basic. It's unfortunate to have so much data but not be able to extract or download it fully. Also there's a need for multiple login capabilities, which currently limits individual access.

A simple, cloud based tool designed for managing Buy-to-Let properties. It's packed with features and is still evolving with continuous improvements. The support, both online and over the phone is excellent, making it worth every penny.

Cons

I do not dislike anything about it because It just works. While the reports could be enhanced, I'm sure they will be over time.

Pros

I used to manage my rental property portfolio with spreadsheets, which became very time-consuming, especially at the end of the tax year when filing my tax returns. Using Alphaletz software has already saved me time and will hopefully save me money in the long run. I've been very satisfied with it. What I love most is that it keeps all my data securely in one place, giving me instant access to information while seamlessly consolidating my income and expenses.

Cons

Its quite simple to understand and easy to make the best use of the software. I don't have any major concerns.

Pros

The software is continually being enhanced and the team takes feedback from users seriously. The more clients they gain, the better the Alphaletz system becomes. I'm amazed that other landlords still choose different solutions.

Cons

Can't say much, I've done my research on this and other systems. After a year of using it, I have changed my perspective and now appreciate what they have to offer.

“So user-friendly

Pros

In the short time I have been using the software, it's already been worth every cent. Not only is it easy to set up and use, but there are plenty of live webinars available. I have also reached out via email with questions and received instant responses directly from the developers. They even sent me a personalized video response to one of my queries.

Cons

While the feature to link properties to a bank account for payment reconciliation is available, my bank doesn't support this. It's not an issue with it but rather with my bank. Most banks are supported, though.

The main features include open banking, tasks that help keep your portfolio compliant and the ability to store documents linked to tenants.

Cons

It would be useful to have the ability to invoice directly from the system and the option to add a company name rather than just a personal one.

I really appreciate the clean, easy-to-read layout of Alphaletz and I can quickly find all the relevant information on both the app and the web version. Their customer representative has been incredibly responsive and always answers my queries promptly. The level of personalized support I've received has been outstanding, something you don't get from larger companies.

Cons

We manage student tenancies, where the rent schedule is irregular, with most paying monthly for the first three months and then termly for the remainder of the contract. Payment dates and amounts vary so we really need the system to accurately handle this to track rent payments effectively.

Pros

The interface is simple to navigate and I especially appreciate the task reminders, which are invaluable for maintaining legal compliance.

Cons

Paying per unit instead of per property can get costly specially if there are multiple tenants in one property. This quickly increases the overall cost of using Alphaletz.
