Pros
Managing space and occupancy for chargebacks is simple with the space console and exporting reports for different functions is very convenient.
Cons
Incoming data transfers can be a bit difficult to get exactly right. It usually takes some time to configure everything properly so imports run cleanly without error messages.

Pros
One thing that really works well is how it brings together multiple applications like space and move management, on demand work and asset management under one interface and a single database. That setup makes everything feel connected and much more manageable. The software is user friendly and can be shared without much trouble across business users, administrators and department managers. It also comes with a lot of built in reports that can be customized and if needed, new ones can be created through the Report Wizard. On top of that the Mobile Framework adds a lot of value by making it possible to survey space, reserve rooms, submit work requests, update work tickets and handle other tasks from mobile devices.
Cons
The only real downside is that it is not among the most affordable software options.

Keeping track of people and assets within plans is very simple and the system is simple to work with for that kind of day-to-day use.
Cons
Upgrade cycle feels constant and those ongoing updates can become expensive over time.

Pros
It's useful in a lot of different ways whether that's space planning and move management, tracking assets, handling real estate management or even processing payments.
Cons
There are still a few extra capabilities I wish it included. Since most software admins prefer not to customize the system and would rather rely on out of the box features I'd like to see more built in ones available.

Pros
Is a very capable facilities management system with a wide range of features. It has played a big role in helping our organization move away from paper based processes and into a more digital way of working.
Cons
Something I'd change is the way the modules are offered. I'd prefer it to come as a complete package so all the features are available to use whenever needed.
