Amazing support every time

Pros

A big shoutout to their team for being so quick with customer support and helping resolve every issue that comes up without delay.

steady OTA control portal

Pros

Having a single portal to manage inventory and pricing across all OTAs is really convenient. Their team is also very quick to respond, shares solutions on time and is always reachable over a call. Full 5/5 for the support and service!

Cons

Technical issues can take far too long to get resolved. I faced one problem that stayed open for more than 15 business days and still wasn't solved so that definitely needs improvement. The mobile app could also be made more user friendly.

Good OTA sync and support

Pros

The interface feels very user friendly and getting around the system is easy. Customer support has also been excellent with quick response times whenever help is needed. It connects smoothly with OTAs and other platforms while the real time updates and inventory management work really well. The reporting and analytics features are also quite strong and helpful for tracking performance.

Cons

There are occasional lags in the system during busy peak times. The reporting section could offer more customization options and the initial setup can take a fair amount of time. A few integrations still need manual updates and the pricing feels like it could be more competitive compared to similar platforms.
