Excellent support

Pros

Using this software has been pretty easy. It's simple to work with, the reports are very useful and the customer support team is excellent whenever help is needed. The dashboard also brings together almost all the important information in one place which is really convenient.

Cons

The mobile app feels a little slow at times and updating rates through the app can be somewhat confusing. That part could definitely be improved.

centralized OTA updates

Pros

Everything is handled in one place for updating OTAs and the integrated administrative tools make onboarding quick. With guidance from a very responsive and dynamic channel manager team, getting started was fast and simple.

Cons

Nothing to point out at the moment since the product fits daily use very well and keeps improving in the way it adapts to our needs.

Time saving and user Friendly

Pros

Has really simplified our daily work which gives us more time to focus on other tasks and it's also very easy to use.

Cons

We honestly can't recall running into any major problems while using it and we haven't faced any issues working with it.

all OTA in one place

Pros

Having all our OTA channels managed from a single platform has been really convenient. It makes the whole process much more organized and efficient.

Cons

Everything worked well and felt better compared to other OTA platforms we've used so there's nothing to complain about.

User friendly with all key features

Pros

Everything feels user friendly and it already includes all the essential features I need so there's really nothing specific to complain about on the positive side.

Cons

One thing that would help is offering an online Zoom training session once a year. Also there are times when the syncing runs into errors and the Book Min/Max length of stay doesn't always sync properly.

Many Unresolved Issues

Pros

I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone given the amount of trouble we've been dealing with.

Cons

The technical support team has been extremely weak and still hasn't been able to resolve an ongoing issue even after 3 months.

smooth multi channel booking control

Pros

Really stands out for its smooth integration and user friendly interface. Managing bookings across multiple channels feels much more efficient and user friendly with it. On top of that their dedicated support adds a lot of value and helps keep everything running reliably while streamlining daily operations.

Cons

It is strong when it comes to features but there are occasional system lags during peak hours that can be a little difficult to deal with. If they improve the speed and response time the overall user experience would be even better.

Efficient Inventory Control

Pros

This has been especially effective as a channel manager. It does a really good job of handling hotel inventory and keeping updates synced across platforms without issues. Also their support team is very responsive and helpful which has made everyday operations much easier to manage.

Cons

One thing that feels missing in it is the ability to change prices by percentage for specific dates or apply those updates across all rooms at the hotel level in a single action. Having that option would make rate management much more efficient.

powerful revenue hub

Pros

Having bookings, distribution and revenue tools all in one place makes it really convenient for hotel operators who need to manage several functions from a single dashboard. The channel manager does a very good job of pushing inventory across multiple online channels efficiently which helps reduce overbookings and can improve occupancy. Its revenue management features are also valuable for setting better room rates since they look at market demand and competitor pricing to support stronger profitability.

Cons

The support team is generally helpful but there are times when responses are delayed. It can also be frustrating when a reply feels generic or not fully researched especially when the issue is urgent.

Great tools for hotel growth

Pros

A strong mix of features helps streamline daily operations, increase visibility across OTAs and support better overall revenue results which is why this softwae is widely favored in the hospitality industry.

Cons

Even though it comes with a lot of powerful capabilities the wide range of features and deep customization can feel overwhelming at first especially for new users or teams without previous experience using hotel management software. It takes some time to figure out especially for those who are not familiar with advanced revenue management, distribution or booking engine tools.

steady OTA control portal

Pros

Having a single portal to manage inventory and pricing across all OTAs is really convenient. Their team is also very quick to respond, shares solutions on time and is always reachable over a call. Full 5/5 for the support and service!

Cons

Technical issues can take far too long to get resolved. I faced one problem that stayed open for more than 15 business days and still wasn't solved so that definitely needs improvement. The mobile app could also be made more user friendly.

Good OTA sync and support

Pros

The interface feels very user friendly and getting around the system is easy. Customer support has also been excellent with quick response times whenever help is needed. It connects smoothly with OTAs and other platforms while the real time updates and inventory management work really well. The reporting and analytics features are also quite strong and helpful for tracking performance.

Cons

There are occasional lags in the system during busy peak times. The reporting section could offer more customization options and the initial setup can take a fair amount of time. A few integrations still need manual updates and the pricing feels like it could be more competitive compared to similar platforms.
