powerful admin tools and insights

Pros

Right away the strong admin controls and detailed analytics stood out. Being able to book spaces directly within the software helps a lot with managing office spaces efficiently. The upcoming AI features also look very promising especially for booking and handling meeting rooms and other office information.

Cons

No real complaints here. It works really well, feels like a solid product and the support team has been excellent. Also it's nice to be using a Canadian brand.

Professional installation

Pros

From the start the IT team and installer were professional and incredibly helpful. They handled the entire setup with very little needed from my side, came in completed the work efficiently and left the area just as clean as it was when they arrived.

Cons

A few phones gave us trouble when trying to get them working with the system but it seemed to be an issue with the devices rather than the system itself. Even then the IT team was extremely supportive and helped get everyone set up with fobs instead of relying on the phone apps.

smart Scheduling

Pros

Running our space has changed dramatically since we started using this software. The digital access control is very easy and it let us get rid of keycards while making secure entry much simpler for members, staff and visitors. It also connects really well with our scheduling tools so booking meeting rooms is now effortless. That has cut down on double bookings and saved our community managers a lot of time every week. One of the biggest benefits has been the space management dashboard. Having real time visibility into how the facilities are being used helps us optimize our layout and better predict demand. Members appreciate how smooth the experience feels and our team finally has a platform that is manageable and can grow with us. Overall it has made our operations more efficient, more secure and much more member friendly. I'd absolutely recommend it to any shared workspace or flexible office setup!

Cons

Honestly it's hard to point to any real downside. There are a lot of strong features and whenever we needed support it was easy to get in touch and receive the help we needed.

Pros

Getting started with it was quick and the system is to the point. User management is simple and the app makes accessing my office really easy. Not having to deal with tags or cards has also saved us both money and extra work.

Cons

smart property tools done right

Pros

Bringing AI and IoT together in one accessible platform, this software has made property management feel much more centralized and efficient for us. Everything from digital access control to AI-driven HVAC is thoughtfully built to improve daily operations while also creating a better experience for occupants. Another advantage was how responsive the team was throughout the process, they took the time to understand our specific needs which made the partnership feel very well supported.

Cons

The platform is powerful but getting everything set up at the beginning did take coordination between several departments in order to use all of the features fully. That said their support team stayed proactive and guided us through each step which helped keep disruptions to a minimum.

coworking access made effortless

Pros

Really convenient to get into my coworking space with this app and I no longer have to carry a physical key card around or worry about misplacing it.

Cons

My only complaint is not switching to it sooner. Owners and landlords should do more to make tenants aware of these more organized options and focus on encouraging adoption.

Office login made easy

Pros

phone access that just works

Pros

With this software getting into the building is really fast. I just pull out my phone, tap it against the reader and I'm in right away. It's especially handy because even if we forget our passes we still usually have our phones with us.

Cons

There were times when the app was a bit slow to start up but I've updated to the latest version now so I'm hoping that improves the overall experience.

Great support

Pros

After bringing the software into our office the difference has been outstanding. We've been extremely happy with both the product itself and the excellent customer service from the team. Simple control

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how exceptional the customer support has been. Whenever questions or problems come up the team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful. The app itself is very user friendly so working with it and handling access control doesn't feel complicated. I also appreciate how easy the interface is especially for people who aren't very technical because it still feels approachable and practical. Its integration with existing systems works smoothly which cuts down on complexity and helps strengthen overall security. On top of that the features are solid and capable without being confusing or overloaded. Altogether it takes a lot of the inconvenience out of access control management and has become an excellent option for facility management.

Cons

On the other side one drawback was the early rollout of technology that clearly wasn't fully ready yet. Because of that the beginning of our experience was pretty bumpy and came with a number of challenges. Launching too soon created unexpected issues and extra complications that took a lot of time and effort to work through. Still after plenty of follow up and continued discussion their team showed a real commitment to fixing the problems. Even though the initial stage was frustrating their dedication helped improve the situation over time. The rough start was definitely a negative but their responsiveness and willingness to keep improving deserved credit.

Room booking win

Pros

Using my cell phone for building access was a huge advantage compared to carrying another keycard. It also worked really well for reserving conference rooms for meetings which made scheduling a lot more convenient.

Cons

The notification system gave me some trouble especially when it came to being alerted or contacted when a guest had arrived.

Risky backup gap

Pros

Getting around the system felt very user friendly and I really didn't run into many problems while using it.

Cons

Something that bothers me is not having a card option or at least a backup method available. If I leave my phone behind or the battery dies I'm locked out and can't get into the building.

Useful booking and access features

Pros

Having proximity door access along with room schedules and room booking in one place is really useful as a user.

Cons

At times the door access has been unreliable and there have been a lot of software updates. The room booking time slot selection also was not very acessible before and it was pretty easy to choose the wrong 15 minute slot depending on how the time markings were interpreted. Anyway I'm glad this has since been updated and is much clearer now.

Pros

After using this software for years the biggest advantage has been working with a team that truly knows their craft. The apps and supporting hardware are thoughtfully designed and very well planned but the team's expertise is the thing that really makes the software stand out.

Cons
