Pros
For almost a year I have been using this software and honestly it is great. The user interface is clean and simple which makes it user friendly even for those who are not the most tech savvy. Also the automated rent collection feature is exceptional as it has reduces the stress from administrative department. Also the reporting tools are quite detailed due to which we get a clear picture of our financials.
Cons
The only drawback is that it works slow at times!
