Honestly nothing about this software was useful to me as a user. It added no value at all.
Cons
A major problem was the lack of complete property information. You gave the door key details but not the security gate code. Then at midnight on July 4 there was no way to reach anyone for help. To make it worse the software said I didn't have a reservation even though I have a screenshot proving that I did. Not having customer support available 24/7/365 made the whole situation even worse.
