Pros

Automating all the invoicing tasks has been a game changer. Utility invoices are no longer a hassle and this has significantly improved our workflow. It's very easy to use and the interface is pleasant.

Perfect for our small yet rapidly growing portfolio

Pros

We began expanding our real estate portfolio a year ago and this tool has been a key part of that journey. I can honestly say their software has been incredibly helpful and as we acquire more real estate, we are seeing even more positive effects.

Cons

For our small portfolio, it had more features than we needed initially but as we have been growing each month, we started using Bidrento more frequently.

Just new to it but impressed

Pros

Bidrento's support is fantastic, they are always quick to respond. The software offers a variety of functions and we are still getting familiar with it but we are already noticing its positive impact.

Cons

Huge time-saver with a fantastic user experience

Pros

From the moment we started using Bidrento, the user experience impressed us. There's really nothing like it out there in terms of its simplicity and professional feel. In our business, offering a great customer experience to tenants is crucial and it supports that by organizing all our key data, providing convenient automation when needed and making routine tasks easy. It's a huge time saver for property and accommodation managers like me. What sets us apart is that our job doesn't end once the tenant moves in, it continues throughout their stay with us. For businesses like ours, covering the entire tenant lifecycle, Bidrento is the ideal software. The most valuable feature for me is the automation of processes, from rental agreements and invoicing to tenant self-service. If there's a process that can be automated in property management, Bidrento likely already does it or they will listen to your suggestions for new features. Their commitment to process automation is unmatched in the field.

Cons

No major issues. They have put a lot of effort into improving functionality to enhance the tenant experience and now they are focusing on fine-tuning some details that we would like to see improved. The good part is that they take our suggestions seriously and pass them to their development team.

Solid, purpose-built tool for managing rental properties

Pros

Bidrento is a great fit for managing residential property portfolios, as it closely mirrors real world property management processes. It saves us time by keeping all essential information accurate and easily accessible in one place. Five years ago, we shifted from managing only commercial properties to also handling residential units. Initially we used a basic setup with Google Sheets for property data, Dropbox for rental agreements and separate accounting software. We were always worried about discrepancies between numbers in different places, which led to mistakes and made our work more complicated. We tried a solution designed for housing associations but it didn't fit our needs for managing rental properties, particularly with regard to rental agreements. Ultimately, we chose it because it met our core requirements and suited the way we work. The software has drastically improved how we manage units and buildings. Property managers can access detailed unit information more quickly and from a management perspective, I can easily keep track of vacancies. Handling rental agreements has become simpler and sending the first invoice after an agreement is signed is effortless.

Cons

Some new developments, like closer integration with our accounting software, would really take our automation to the next level. We have discussed this and I understand they are working on it.

Useful and seamless solution

Pros

Bidrento is easy to use and doesn't require additional IT expertise or complex setups. I would especially highlight how fast it is to generate invoices and split utility costs and expenses among tenants.

Cons

Nothing to report here. For our small business, it's more than enough so everything is going well.

Ideal choice for landlords and investors

Pros

Its digital platform for managing rental costs and documents like invoices has allowed us to expand each year and become a strong partner for regional real estate players such as institutional investors. It also helps differentiate our firm from other property managers. This is particularly valuable since my company is one of the first professional landlords in a rapidly growing local residential market. Personally, it allows me to do my job much more efficiently and I can write invoices, create rental agreements, and access all the data I need from one database. Bidrento adapts to my various needs throughout the year. During the busy summer months, I appreciate automating rental agreements, while in winter, it makes it much easier to allocate heating costs proportionally among tenants. Since it works perfectly on my mobile, I can manage my work much faster and more easily. I can generate invoices and send them to tenants even during face to face meetings. With this tool, everything happens on the spot.

Cons

I haven't had time to explore all of the features. Specifically, the service requests module seems promising. They are also adding new features continuously.

Super choice. It works the way I operate as a property manager

Bidrento checks all the boxes for me: it handles all the key processes of managing rental properties, works as expected and features a simple, intuitive user interface. I can find the information I need much faster and no longer have to waste time searching through cloud files or multiple spreadsheets, which was a struggle before.

Cons

With a little more effort on implementing a few new features, they could really elevate the software. Overall, it keeps everything in one place and makes it easy to access. It's perfect for practical property managers who need to get things done without hassle.

From the very start, this has impressed us with its design and attention to detail. The software is intuitive and easy to use, allowing our team to accomplish more than with our previous solution. The core functions for managing units, buildings and rental agreements are robust and I fully trust it. It simplifies property management and saves time. Its focus on automating communication, tasks and document sharing makes it an invaluable tool for anyone managing rental properties. For our co-living properties, we are focused on delivering exceptional tenant experiences and its new features like offering extra services digitally or providing a unique tenant app, align perfectly with our goal of maximizing NPS and tenant satisfaction.

Cons

There are a few small additional steps that need to be taken. I have suggested what they should be and they are responsive to what we want in a property management tool.

Essential software for Advanced property management

Bidrento's ability to connect different aspects of my work into one cohesive system has greatly improved my productivity. Managing multiple spreadsheets and scattered documents is no longer practical in today's fast paced environment. What sets this solution apart is the ability to use it fully on mobile, which means I can take my work with me wherever I go, access data, answer critical questions and resolve issues on the spot. It's a game changer and also it gets the little things right in property management like making rental agreements and invoicing simple. Our rental portfolio is part of a larger investment firm with nearly 1 billion USD in assets and Bidrento helps us stay agile and organized as we handle rapidly changing corporate initiatives.

Cons

Only downside is that we haven't used the software to its full potential yet, as it offers so much. However, the company provided a thorough training session to help us maximize its use.

Choosing it was a great decision for our growing built to rent portfolio. We needed advanced functionality but also something user friendly and easy to use. They also handled all the communication and integration between parties, which has been incredibly helpful. ALso, we wanted a standout solution for our tenants, which is why we chose it. Now, we can provide innovative solutions to our tenants.
