Great channel connectivity

Pros

Very user friendly, links up with all the channels and the booking engine works really well.

Cons

I haven't run into any downsides. Support has been excellent too and it already includes pretty much everything you might need.

Pros

It's simple to use, very flexible and the possibilities with it are incredible.

Cons

Honestly everything has been excellent. A few small things needed fixing but those were handled and the updates have been right on track.

easy and beginner friendly

Getting started with it is very easy and it does not require much adjustment even for someone who has never used a computer before.

Smart automation

Pros

Right away the flexibility of the booking engine made a big difference for us. We can adjust each room's billing model depending on the number of guests and also sell extra services online which has been really useful. It's also very user friendly for customers and our property has managed to attract plenty of individual guests without paying commission. The automated invoicing is another big plus including support for business invoices. The Channel Manager saves a lot of time because bookings from Booking.com, Expedia and other platforms are imported automatically and any guest changes or cancellations are updated without manual work. The dashboard is genuinely helpful and gives a clear picture of what to expect throughout the day. I also appreciate the cleaning schedule being available in both Greek and English so the housekeeping team can quickly see which rooms need cleaning and which ones only need towel or sheet changes. Reports for arrivals and departures are very useful too especially with the available filters for things like meal plans and payments. The booking forms are particularly well designed for handling phone reservations. One standout feature is the "Common Inventory" which lets us sell the same room across multiple online channels without risking overbookings. Since it's cloud based there's no need for dedicated equipment and I can even work from home when needed.

Cons

The only real downside at the moment is the lack of POS support although the team said they are already working on it. Also updating rates and availability across several channels like Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Ryanair Rooms and the booking engine can sometimes take around 30 to 45 seconds which gets a little frustrating.

Booking engine and review Tools stand out

Pros

Running this software has been a real time saver and it also gives us opportunities to increase upsells. The built in booking engine with zero commission is a big advantage especially for a hotel. I also appreciate the monthly billing model since we operate seasonally and not having to pay a license per user makes it even more practical. The interface is simple and easy so it doesn't take much effort to understand. Another plus is being able to manage hotel reviews from one page and receive useful reports that help improve our hotel's ranking. On top of that the support team has been friendly and the pricing feels reasonable.

Cons

There are still a few missing features such as POS support. Another limitation is in newsletter campaigns where I can't create my own email template and can only use the default theme.
