“All Bookings in One Calendar”
Pros
Right from the start our team was very happy with the support from them. They actually handle the listing setup for clients which makes the whole process much simpler. Whenever we have questions or need guidance they are consistently available and helpful. The standout feature is the channel manager since it connects with all the major rental platforms. If someone has properties listed on airbnb, booking.com, homeaway and other sites it can get very complicated to manage reservations properly. I'd definitely recommend this software to help avoid booking mistakes and make things far more comfortable because the host can manage everything from different platforms in one master calendar.
Cons
The only downside is that the price feels a little high and it would be nice if they offered discounts or special rates for long term customers.

“smart winner for channels”
Pros
Such an impressive and intelligent product. I've tried several channel management tools and this one clearly comes out on top.
Cons
It feels a little more sophisticated than what I personally need but even so the customer support team is always available when help is needed.

“Helpful Support”
Pros
Getting started with the software has definitely been a learning process and I'm still working through the setup to make sure everything is configured properly. The interface isn't the most polished or visually appealing but it does feel user friendly and fairly quick to pick up. The biggest highlight by far is the customer support. My representative helped me through the initial setup and has answered every question I've had very quickly. He's well informed, responsive and incredibly fast which has made adjusting much more manageable and the overall experience excellent. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
A few parts are still unclear in terms of what they apply to and there are certain areas that seem like they may require some coding knowledge. That said I'm still in the process of learning how everything works.

Pros
Packed with features and very comprehensive overall this is a solid option for businesses that want to grow and scale. The customer service and technical support team was also responsive and genuinely helpful whenever needed.
Cons
There's not really much to complain about. If anything I just wish I had more chances to take advantage of all the other features it offers.
