Cons

Customer service has been exceptional and really gives me full confidence that I'll be able to learn and use the software to its fullest potential.

Cons

Customization becomes very helpful once you get used to it but at the beginning it can feel overwhelming for someone new to the software. I'd appreciate more guidance on the most important default settings during onboarding.

Top Pick for Channel Management

Pros

When we were looking for a PMS and channel manager to offer our VacaRent clients we spent months comparing a long list of platforms. Some were impressive and others felt clunky but this kept coming out on top for usability, support and overall value for the features included. Their API documentation was also very solid which made it possible for us to connect their platform with ours without much friction. That integration lets our clients sync reservations both ways, access financial reporting, use automated email triggers, manage channels and handle a lot more from one setup. The feature that really sealed it for us though was the click and drag reservation calendar. None of the other systems we evaluated had anything like it and once we saw how practical it was for moving bookings around the decision was pretty much made.

Cons

A lot of people mention that the onboarding can be complex and to be fair that was true when we first got started. At the beginning setup did feel complicated. Over time though we stripped that process down on our side and made it much more manageable for our clients. Now we simply provide a user ID and password and they can focus on taking reservations and bringing in revenue instead of dealing with the heavier setup work. So yes the initial onboarding used to be a challenge but at this point it really is not much of an issue anymore.

Pros

Running different properties is much more manageable with this software because the feature set is broad and keeps expanding. It definitely takes time to learn but once everything clicks it turns into an excellent platform. I've used other tools that were quicker to get started with yet the real advantage is how consistently it performs. After dealing with regular problems in other software that reliability has been a huge plus.

Cons

It requires some time to figure out and adjust to but the payoff makes it worthwhile in the end.

Great support on every channel

Pros

Their customer support has been outstanding. You can get in touch with them through a live phone call with screen sharing as well as by ticket, email or chat so help is always available in whatever way works best.

Cons

The system can be a little difficult to understand at first because it includes so many different features and functions.

Great platform syncing

Pros

Having different platforms work together and stay in sync has been a huge advantage. I can update reservation details or listing information without any trouble and being able to clearly view and manage dates and units right on the screen is incredibly helpful. The hands on onboarding support has also been outstanding and makes the whole system very simple to get started with.

Cons

For now I really do not have any complaints. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a way to import complete listings from active platforms directly into new ones.

Pros

Getting started with it felt much better thanks to this one representative during our two onboarding calls. He was patient, attentive and made everything much simpler to understand which gave me a lot more confidence using this software as my channel manager. I put it off for weeks longer than I needed to but I definitely don't regret finally going ahead with it. Thank you to him and the software!

Cons

At the beginning it can feel a little intimidating and that may put some people off. Once you start using it though and especially with clear guidance during onboarding, it becomes much more manageable. One important thing to watch out for: if you have a minimum night stay make sure you update it in the software because it will override your existing settings. I got caught out by that on Booking.com.

Pros

Once I got familiar with all the features, navigating the platform felt very simple. The charge automation tool is honestly the feature I enjoy using the most.

Cons

Pros

Pretty much every function I've needed is already built in. If there's a specific feature you want the app to handle chances are it can and you just may need to dig through the documentation or reach out to the team for guidance.

Cons

Because it covers so much learning it takes some time and it requires some adjustments though I'm starting to get the hang of it. The best approach is to begin with a single property and learn how it works from there.

Pros

Switching to this has been simple and it offers much better value than the channel manager I used before (Kigo). The Airbnb and Booking.com integration was simple to set up and even though changing systems can be stressful the support person guided me through everything and had it completed within a day. My listings stayed live the entire time and not a single booking was missed.

Cons

At this point I'm not really seeing any major downsides. I'm still figuring out how the extra person fee works and would like to apply it to my own bookings but customer support has already shown me what I needed.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about it is how many different programs it connects with. That function makes it incredibly capable and overall the software works flawlessly.

Cons

Pros

Running short term rentals takes a lot of time but this platform really feels like it was built with every time saving feature in mind. The dashboard is easily my favorite part because it gives me a full summary of everything I need to keep track of in one place. The charge automation has also made a massive difference for me. I used to spend more than three hours every night charging all of my Booking.com and Expedia credit cards for reservations and now that same task takes just a few minutes.

Cons

Because it includes so many features there is definitely a bit of difficulty at first. It performs really well overall but the interface could use a refresh to make it look more modern and polished.

Pros

The biggest benefit of this booking software for me is how much time it saves. I've been really happy using it and I definitely plan to keep relying on it. It's been delivering amazing value overall.

Cons
