professional front office

Pros

Right away the front office gives a very polished impression while still being simple to work with. The back office menu is laid out in a clean way so it doesn't take long to learn. It's also helpful that you can define each employee's permissions which prevents them from changing settings they shouldn't have access to.

Cons

The pricing setup still isn't very useful for some of our products at the moment. But working with the development team does seem to offer room for improving this in the future. There are also frequent updates mostly visual ones and that creates extra work for us because we've often just gotten comfortable with the current settings.

powerful automation

Pros

Running my business has become much more manageable because of the platform's function and the apps it offers. It has automated a lot of the work I used to handle myself or pass along to my assistant which has opened up more time for me to focus on other parts of the business. Other than that my developer worked directly with someone from their team and was able to get clear answers to his questions quickly.

Cons

Some features still feel a bit inaccessible to me especially in terms of how they're used and where they're located. Even after months of using and setting everything up I still don't feel completely confident with every function in the system. I understand most of it but not everything. The help articles are decent though not especially strong and they don't always answer the questions I have.

Pros

Getting started with the software was easy and the system feels very user friendly in daily use. The team has also been very supportive always responding in a timely manner when needed. The way the software was set up for our business has suited us well and has worked effectively for us.

Cons

Honestly I can't point to anything that hasn't worked for us. The system has been very good overall.

Attractive front office

Pros

The system feels simple to use, adapts well to different needs and the front office has a really appealing look.

Cons

Does take a little time to get everything configured but the process is still quite simple. That seems pretty normal since every business has to define its own products so I'm not sure any software would make setup much faster.

booking setup that delivers

Pros

It's impressive how well their features are customized to the actual needs of businesses like ours. The booking flow works beautifully and has helped us bring in many more clients.

Cons

At the beginning the setup can feel a little challenging but once you spend some time with the system, you start to see how well designed and intentional the configuration really is.
