“versatile automations”
Pros
Offers a wide range of features that support business management in different ways. The part I appreciate most is the customizable email automation since you can decide exactly who receives messages when they are sent and how they are delivered. Another really useful feature is the ability to build a website with personalized widgets for products or services, including direct integration with the calendar for reservation based services and even integration with multiple payment providers.
Cons
One limitation is that it does not let you send refund instructions directly to the payment gateway so you still have to log into the Stripe platform to process that.

Pros
After trying a few PMS options before I chose this for our yoga retreat because it's user friendly, flexible and dependable.
Cons
At this point we're really happy with it and anytime there's something that could be improved, support is quick to respond and help out.

The hotel's decor was really beautiful and the pool area was also very nice.
Cons
The hotel is right next to a highway and the noise from the cars passing by was unbearable. I couldn't rest well.

“perfect fit for activity stays”
Pros
Covers the 'accommodation with activities' niche in a way a lot of other platforms simply don't. It offers plenty of useful metrics, the backend is easy and simple to work with and the booking engine is probably the biggest highlight. After testing several competitors this is clearly the one we've decided to stick with.
Cons
An area that could use improvement is the financial reporting especially daily and monthly income figures. Those features already exist but refining them further would make them much more valuable.

Pros
It is the only platform I've used that combines accommodation with tours and activities in one system that actually works well. It comes with plenty of useful tools that make customer management and the booking platform really convenient and easy to use.
Cons
Biggest downside was having changes introduced right in the middle of high season which ended up causing breakdowns.

Pros
Right away the software and back office feel very user friendly which makes it simple for new team members to learn the system quickly. During check ins you can pull up a guest profile fast and immediately see the status of their booking. It's also very useful that we can set up different user accounts with different access levels to match our business needs. On top of that our customers have been really happy with the new booking interface.
Cons
The mobile version is still not the most convenient to work with.

Pros
Being able to bundle accommodations with other offerings is probably the biggest advantage. The real power is in the creative package module where you can mix and match all kinds of products (activities, guiding, rentals, classes, services and other add-ons guests want) into one single booking.
Cons
The Look & Feel module is very good overall but it would benefit from more modern widgets that match current web design standards. It feels a bit outdated especially when it comes to media features. That said if you know CSS, HTML and JS well you can work around most of it.

It works really well for us because it lets us sell individual beds instead of only full rooms. We can also manage guests separately and assign different activities to each person which fits our operation perfectly.

Pros
Automating reservations and payments completely changed the way I work. It saves me a huge amount of time, cuts down on stress and really helps avoid human mistakes. Using the app every day feels pleasant and simple and the online booking engine is clean, polished and accessible for our clients.
Cons
Only real downside is the price although it feels fair for what you get. After spending a lot of time researching other options this one was clearly the best choice for me.

At first the platform felt a bit difficult to figure out but after using it for more than a month I got comfortable with it. Now it really helps me and makes my work much easier to manage.
Cons
Every now and then some of our customers seem to struggle when making a booking. When that happens I usually send a voice message or give them a quick call to explain the steps (clicking the link, choosing a surf trip date, entering their details etc.) and that usually solves it.

Pros
Using it has been really positive for us. A few things I appreciate most are that it's simple to use, new team members can get up to speed quickly and it lets me take payments through different platforms like Stripe, bank transfer and debit cards. I can also send guests a simple link so they can check in or pay without confusion. The support team replies very quickly and their help page is well organized with clear steps to fix issues. Another plus is that some staff members had already used the software at other surf camps so they were familiar with it from the start.
Cons
I know they have been trying to develop an app but I do not think it has worked out yet. Hopefully it will be released soon. It would also be nice if the mobile experience was more user friendly because sometimes doing everything from a phone can be a bit difficult.

Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this company is its customer service. The team is always incredibly helpful and works closely with you to customize the product so it fits your needs really well. During onboarding I had the pleasure of working with this one representative and together we were able to find exactly the right setup for what I was looking for. We still have more to explore to fully use all of the pltaforms functions but at this point we're really happy with it.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see is the booking page hosted directly on our own website.

Having guest replies and payment handling automated has been a big help. Everything is kept together in one place which makes the whole process much more organized. It definitely saves a lot of time and the support team has been really helpful throughout.
Cons
Getting everything set up was pretty challenging especially since I'm not very technical. That said being involved in the setup did help me get more familiar with the system and now I feel much more comfortable using it.

Supervising a small surf or hostel business feels like exactly the kind of situation it was built for. Since they're a relatively small company themselves they're a really good match for the businesses they target and that personal approach really shows. They're supportive throughout the whole setup process when building a tailored system and they reply to questions very quickly whenever something comes up. The back office side is also quite simple to work with when adding new rooms, packages or services.
Cons
Using it on mobile and making changes there could be a bit more convenient but honestly it's a very minor issue.

Pros
From the start it has been very easy to use and one of the best parts is how often it keeps evolving and getting better. A lot of companies build something that works and leave it there but your team keeps releasing updates and adding new features regularly. That ongoing progress is exactly why I wouldn't switch to another platform.
Cons
There are still a few features that haven't been available yet but with the help of your support team and the feedback we've shared they're already being worked on or planned for future releases. Honestly that doesn't even feel like a real negative to me. If anything it's something I'm genuinely excited about so it's not much of a con ;)
