“Awesome trust accounting software with huge potential to be the best
Pros
This property trust accounting software is excellent and offers everything needed but there's still plenty of room to grow and improve so it can become the best system out there.
Cons
The system sometimes runs a bit slow.

Pros
I found it hard to get all the information I needed in one place with other software but Cirrus8 is very user friendly when entering data and moving through the program.
Cons
I have to get an SMS for the code no matter where I am, the phone signal is weak. I understand it's for security to prevent breaches.

After using it for a while, I can say it is really good, especially with the recent software updates like Sales Trust, Payment Run form and Partition features.
Cons
Tenant activity feature helps generate interest on arrears.

“Great property management in the cloud
Pros
The user interface is friendly, there are extensive reports available, support and training are exceptional and automated invoicing makes uploading supplier invoices much simpler. It's always evolving and improving.
Cons
Sales and leasing input is great, but it's missing a unified marketing portal to make property marketing smoother.

“Excellent platform for commercial property management
Pros
Cirrus8's dashboard shows tasks due, which helps users stay efficient. It's very easy to use, making staff training simple. The reporting functions are great, with options to generate reports in various formats and filter info as needed. The integration with Macquarie works well and also downloading TXN files directly speeds up receipting and reduces errors. Payment upload without logging into the bank saves a lot of time.
Cons
There is not an app for this yet and having one would definitely improve usability.

Pros
This product is very user friendly and really improves efficiency in trust accounting and property management. The system and processes make sense, which makes training new staff easier.
Cons
Like any system, setting up and learning the ropes takes time. New features keep getting added to improve and simplify the software and the training manuals are helpful. The support team can be busy but usually, I get answers the same day.

Designed specifically for commercial property management, it's web based and accessible from many places. The dropdown menus make it easy to use and the wide range of property and financial reports provide accurate info for both users and clients. The Cirrus8 team listens to our needs and constantly develops the software.

I think a mobile app would be a great addition.

Pros
I appreciate how easy it is to use, the variety of reports covering a broad range of property info and the flexible budgeting process for different lease types. Mass mailouts to tenants are simple, and it keeps copies of important documents like arrears and reconciliation letters. Invoice processing via OSR is smooth and regular updates based on customer feedback keep improving the program.
Cons
The platform works on mobile through Google apps but the screen feels too small for easy use. A dedicated mobile design would be better.

Pros
Working from the cloud has been a lifesaver specially during COVID. The support team is incredibly responsive and I love that the product keeps getting better with ongoing updates.
Cons
It would be nice to add two units under one lease and link two bank accounts to one property for strata purposes. A few tweaks could make the experience even smoother but overall it's very functional and makes my daily work easier.

So adaptable, easy to navigate and user-friendly tool. Learning to use it was straightforward thanks to the training during implementation. When we went live, the support was extensive, helping our transition go smoothly. Features like Automated Invoicing have streamlined our office processes and freed up time. Amending invoices or setting property management fees on different schedules is easy. As a Trust Accountant, I find receipting, bank reconciliations and month-end tasks simple to handle. The flexible reporting is detailed yet easy to understand, perfect for KPIs. Online forms let property managers submit requests directly to me, cutting down on extra steps and double handling while improving quality control. The development team is proactive and regularly releases new features, keeping the software competitive and suited to our needs. Moving to Cirrus8 was the best decision for our agency.
Cons

It's a scalable system that you can set up as simply or as detailed as you want. There's a huge range of reports and KPIs, plus a straightforward way to track all the little details in our industry.
Cons
Everything's good from my side. Any issues I have are more about my own tech than the software.
