Pros

Visitor Queue is really helpful for showing contact information tied to visitors. I also appreciate the extra details it collects since they give a clearer picture of how widely the site is being seen. That kind of insight makes a big difference when you're trying to measure the visibility of your website.

Cons

One thing I didn't care for was how many contacts the software returned for a single company. In one case, I was given more than 15 different business email addresses for the same organization and unless you're skilled at digging through data, it's hard to tell who actually visited the site. Sending emails to 15 or more people just to try to guess the right contact is not a good approach. In our line of work, that can also create awkward situations. We're a tax resolution firm dealing with clients who may have serious financial problems and the person visiting our website may not want their coworkers knowing they could be facing that kind of issue.
