Pros
After looking for a management system that was both practical and functional, we ended up choosing Cloudvillage and it has been a very good fit for our needs. The part we appreciate most is how user-friendly it is, along with the ability to customize the software based on the way we work. The booking system is also complete and works really well.
Cons
We have not come across anything significant to report yet. We have only been using this tool for a few months and up to now it has been efficient. The real test will be during the high season, when the workload increases but at the moment we honestly cannot complain.
