Pros

The way entered data is turned into a report is really convenient and works very efficiently.

Cons

Getting used to the performance took a bit of time. We had been working with our old program for 32 years so this felt like a big adjustment at first.

Clear Property Overview

Pros

Offers an accessible environment where you get a clear overview of your real estate, historical data and long term maintenance planning.

Cons

I haven't run into any downsides so far. Looking ahead an occasional rental feature would be a nice addition for us.

It's simple to use, well organized and can be adjusted to fit your own preferences.

Cons

Of course there are still some features I'd like to have that aren't available yet but the software does take note of them and always looks for another way to achieve the same or a similar result.

Extensive features but missing an email option

Pros

The system offers a lot of functions and the obligations feature is especially useful. It's a very comprehensive system. The support is excellent as well! Very patient, genuinely thinks along with you and focused on finding solutions.

Cons

This isn't a plug and play system so you really have to invest time and effort to get into it. That said the support team helps a lot with this. It would also be nice if it had a built-in email contact/function.

App is user friendly, the software runs quickly and it gives us the option to provide clear frameworks and guidelines to inspectors.

Cons

flexible asset management toolkit

Pros

To get this package up and running is simple and it's very user friendly. It works really well for managing the full range of maintenance and asset management activities and it can be adapted without much trouble to fit the organization's own processes. The reporting options are almost unlimited which is a big plus.

Cons

One downside is that the system isn't always consistent in how similar pop ups and screens are structured.

Pros

Their customer support has been excellent. They really listen to customer needs and are willing to think along with you which I value a lot.

Cons

Right now administrators can't log in as another user role which makes troubleshooting more difficult because you can't see what that user actually sees. A number of options in the software also don't seem customizable especially a lot of the UI elements. Other than that I've often heard from users that the tablet app is unstable.

Pros

One thing that really helps us is the complete digitalization of our services. It saves us a significant amount of time which means we can support our customers much better.

Cons

At this point there aren't any known downsides. A lot of potential issues were already addressed during the preparation phase before onboarding.

Good workflow

Pros

The software offers an excellent and flexible workflow. The organization is open in how it works and the service is good as well.

Cons

Updates still regularly cause parts of the software to stop working. Also configuring screen definitions feels too limited because you're tied to the tile structure. That part could definitely be improved and made more flexible.
