Pros
The system offers a lot of functions and the obligations feature is especially useful. It's a very comprehensive system. The support is excellent as well! Very patient, genuinely thinks along with you and focused on finding solutions.
Cons
This isn't a plug and play system so you really have to invest time and effort to get into it. That said the support team helps a lot with this. It would also be nice if it had a built-in email contact/function.

Pros
To get this package up and running is simple and it's very user friendly. It works really well for managing the full range of maintenance and asset management activities and it can be adapted without much trouble to fit the organization's own processes. The reporting options are almost unlimited which is a big plus.
Cons
One downside is that the system isn't always consistent in how similar pop ups and screens are structured.

Pros
Their customer support has been excellent. They really listen to customer needs and are willing to think along with you which I value a lot.
Cons
Right now administrators can't log in as another user role which makes troubleshooting more difficult because you can't see what that user actually sees. A number of options in the software also don't seem customizable especially a lot of the UI elements. Other than that I've often heard from users that the tablet app is unstable.

Pros
The software offers an excellent and flexible workflow. The organization is open in how it works and the service is good as well.
Cons
Updates still regularly cause parts of the software to stop working. Also configuring screen definitions feels too limited because you're tied to the tile structure. That part could definitely be improved and made more flexible.
