Pros

Putting together reservation confirmation letters is really smart and simple in this software. I've been genuinely pleased with it while using it.

Cons

I have been using it for more than a year now and so far I don't see anything that I need to complain about.

This PMS is very user-friendly for my daily tasks and it's easy to operate. It helps keep work errors to a minimum and during busy periods it saves time and keeps things moving efficiently.

Cons

Group rates still need to be entered or adjusted manually sometimes which can be a bit inconvenient.

Working with this tool for the past two years as an IT executive, I've dealt with plenty of challenges and solutions along the way. This PMS makes it very simple to create new items and getting access to set up different operational modules is also quite easy.

Its been two years since I started using this tool while working at Hotel Sarina and I can say it works really well especially when entering reservations. Group reservations are particularly convenient and with just a single click, we can confirm a large group without any issue. One of the things I really appreciate about this PMS is how flexible it is when changing rates and meal plans. We can set rates for each individual day and also confirm certain days as room only which is very useful.

Pros

Within just two months of using this tool I was able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly. As a trainee, it includes all the features I need and I especially enjoy using it for the check-in and check-out process. The room allocation section is also very user-friendly which makes daily tasks much easier.

From a trainee's perspective one thing I noticed is that this PMS doesn't seem to have tutorial videos on YouTube. Having some video guides available there would be really helpful for beginners who are just starting to learn the system.

Working as a Guest Service Agent at Hotel Sarina for the past 7 months, I've had a very positive experience with this PMS. The guest check-in and check-out process runs very smoothly and it doesn't create many challenges in day-to-day operations. Splitting bills for individual guests is simple and moving charges from one room to another is also very convenient.

Cons

Only problem is that when creating a new reservation the system requires us to go through the full process step by step until the end including confirming the number of guests, company name, market segment, room rate and even room allocation.

Pros

Keeping guest records organized is very convenient with this software for us. If a guest stayed at our hotel around the same time last year, we can quickly look up their information in the database. It is simple to access, the database feels secure and finding sales call reports is also very convenient.

No con to mention but a suggestion from my side is that having some training videos on YouTube for new year would be a great for new users of this tool

Pros

One thing I appreciate most about this software is how simple it is to use. With only a short amount of training, almost anyone can start using it on their own. It works quickly and the connectivity is smooth which is another part I really value.

Cons

It still needs to be faster than it is now and it should be updated more regularly over time. More features should be added to make the work easier and it would be better if the features were customized differently for each department.

This software is very easy to use because it is user-friendly and simple. The interface is helpful for us and even someone completely new can understand it the first time they use it.

I notice the same options appear in different places sometimes and that can make things a bit slower. Even with that, it still works well and I mostly enjoy using this software in my day-to-day work.

Quick check-out option is really amazing for me. It's especially helpful when checking out a group and it works just as well for regular individual check-outs too.

Cons

I'm happy with the software but there are still a few areas that could be improved. For example, the company profile page should include a feature showing which salesperson is assigned to that company so it's clearer who is responsible for managing it.
