Good help with set up

Pros

The support during the setup has been very patient, fast and well informed and the guidance throughout the whole process has been excellent.

Cons

Nothing has really bothered me so far. Even the fact that I only have a mobile version for now doesn't bother me.

Strong first impression

Pros

Consultation was excellent and genuinely friendly, with no pressure or time constraints at all which is something you rarely come across. I'm really pleasantly surprised :-)

Cons

Haven't had enough time with the system yet to point out any downsides since I only started using it recently. The desktop application is still on the way.

Easy onboarding and good tips

Pros

Getting started with it feels really easy. The onboarding is excellent and there are so many useful tips along the way.

Cons

Nothing has stood out to me as a downside so far. With payment options coming soon it pretty much has everything I need.

Right from the start the team has been quick to reach and very well informed. They're also kind and approachable even if you're a beginner and they share really helpful tips for getting started.

Cons

super practical for hosts

Pros

Using it feels very easy and even people who aren't particularly tech savvy can handle it without much trouble. Also the contact has been very friendly and genuinely helpful.

Cons

The monthly price is relatively high so I'm hoping it will pay off over time. Still you do need deductible business expenses anyway.

ideal channel manager setup

Pros

Really fits my needs well. I can make changes and adjust settings in one place and those updates are then reflected on Booking and on my own website too. I also think the price performance ratio is perfectly fine.

Cons

Up to now I haven't come across any downsides so there's nothing specific I can point out. Hopefully it stays that way.

Amazing for hosts

Pros

The support from their team was outstanding and I really felt well taken care of throughout. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs professional assistance.

Cons

One downside is that it only works through the app and that has to be added as an optional extra. It would be much better if users also had the option to work through a browser.

User friendly start

Pros

It's simple to use and the app feels very accessible. At least from what I've seen so far without much extended use, it seems quite simple to work with.

Cons

At this point nothing comes to mind. I've only been using the app for a short time and I still haven't noticed any drawbacks.

Pros

Right away the user friendliness and flexible design of the platform stood out to me. I really appreciate the clear structure and the wide range of features that are specifically customized to the needs of hosts. Also I felt very well supported throughout the entire process which made the overall experience even more pleasant.

Cons

Practical booking control

Pros

It's very accessible and practical and it does a really good job of keeping everything organized across multiple platforms at the same time even when the user manages just a single property.

Cons

I don't have any negative feedback to give. Whenever I ran into any difficulty the helpdesk supported me and pointed me in the right direction.

Pros

What I especially appreciate about it is how simple and self explanatory it is to use along with the clear layout in the app. The price performance ratio is hard to beat. The service is also excellent and any questions are answered quickly. That makes the whole booking routine much easier to manage.

Cons

Of course it's hard to cover every customer request in one app since the developers also have certain limits. When it comes to features that are technically predefined by booking platforms it can only implement them in the app the same way and can't really change them.

Pros

The clear layout feels really calming because there's no more jumping back and forth between calendars. Everything is visible at a glance.

Cons

Clear setup

Pros

Everything feels well organized, simple to use and the support has been excellent. We needed help during the setup and assistance was available right away. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the tips for the settings were really useful. Once you spend a little time getting familiar with it managing bookings becomes simple and it really takes a lot of work out of the process.

Cons

We can't really compare it with other channel managers but up to now we haven't found anything negative. Every now and then it takes a bit of searching to locate the right function but nothing out of the ordinary.

Has everything in one place

Pros

I don't have to open three different apps anymore just to pull out booking details, write them down or try to remember them. Everything is in one place.

Cons

Additional features are still being developed but they make sense like having a second manager in the app. Other than that I really can't criticize anything. The support is excellent.

Pros

The service has been excellent, quick, easy and trouble free. The program is well organized, clear and simple to use.

Cons

Everything basically works as it should. There are only a few small points in the layout and usability and those have already been raised and are currently being worked on.

Pros

It brings together all the important portals in one place and the interface feels easy and really simple to use.

simple multi platform listing

Pros

Using it feels very simple. I can make a property available on several platforms in just a few steps which saves a lot of time.

Cons

Nothing has come up as a downside yet. If I could add one wish it would be an iframe for my own website when I want to market a property individually.

instant calendar updates

Pros

This has been exactly what I needed. It was quick to get up and running, very simple to use and the calendar updates right away which removes the worry of double bookings. That's a huge reason it ranks number one for me: it does the job without being complicated. I'm completely happy with it. Other than that the support team is always available whenever something comes up or I need help. After more than 30 years working as a property manager across three countries this is the best company I've worked with.

Cons

There's really nothing wrong with it for what I need. If I had to point to one thing I'd say it would be helpful to make adjustments between the two channels more easily because the discounts that apply can be a little tricky to manage. Still I can live without that since I prefer the lack of unnecessary extras.
