Pros
One of the best parts of this software is the way it assigns rate plans dynamically on a daily basis. The mobile app is also quite user friendly and Star Sight and Insight have consistently helped me look at data from a different perspective and analyze it better.
Cons
Things have been working well overall. At Vivera Grande we use a separate PMS so it would be even better if this softwares CRS could automatically link the bookings it picks up into the PMS as well.

“user friendly front office tool”
Pros
Using the software has been very user friendly and easy which saves us a lot of time when training new colleagues.
Cons
On the front office side it makes it very simple to change rates and also to re check in guests even after they have already been marked as checked out.

Working with this software has been quite simple and it's user friendly overall. At the same time (with new technologies evolving so quickly) there's definitely a need for more customized updates and continued development. Detailed personal guidance is also very important especially when it comes to explaining the product's internal functions and features clearly to end users. Wishing the team all the best.

There are times when it doesn't function properly and billing can become difficult to manage on occasion.

“Complete with fast support”
Pros
Quite convenient to use because it brings multiple software functions together in one place and keeps things simple to handle. The interface is user friendly and whenever help is needed the customer support team responds quickly.
Cons
The biggest issue has been with invoice generation which still has quite a few bugs. At times taxes are calculated incorrectly and sometimes they are not calculated at all. The reporting section could also be made more user friendly.
