Getting started with it was very simple and using it day to day has been just as easy. The support team has been amazing, always available when needed and there are no extra charges for that help.

After working with three different channel managers this stands out with one of the most polished and practical user interfaces we've used. The color coded rate planner is a real time saver as well.
Cons
The support team is reliable and we rarely have to contact them although there was one small hiccup a few years ago when I needed urgent assistance.

Pros
This software has become our go to channel manager for the properties we handle. The platform is easy to work with and their customer support has been excellent whenever needed. We've run into a few connectivity issues here and there but they've been minor overall. It also comes with plenty of useful add ons that help with productivity such as a booking engine, revenue reports, forecasts and more.
Cons
There are still some connectivity problems with a few OTAs and the biggest gap is airbnb compatibility since they don't yet offer a proper solution for it. Hopefully that will be resolved once the airbnb API connection is fully in place.

Compared with other options on the market this is more affordable and the one year package includes a complete set of tools: PMS (CRS), booking engine, channel manager, POS and stats.
Cons
That said there are a lot of technical issues and the team is very slow to respond when help is needed. A hotel management system is supposed to save time but I actually spend more time than before fixing problems and sometimes it even leads to overbookings. The booking engine on the website is also poorly designed and many guests give up before finishing their reservation.

It's designed to cover practically every situation you might run into while managing a hotel. The software includes almost all the features that are generally required for hotel operations.
Cons
Using the software is extremely complicated. The workflows are so long and involved that it's hard to remember the steps for anything you don't use every day. Even making small policy changes turns into a difficult job. The biggest disappointment is the customer support. They assign one person to handle your requests during working hours but my RM would never answer calls or reply to emails. Even after repeated requests to change her I was told she was overloaded with other projects which shouldn't be my problem. Overall it was a very poor experience. I've used other software before and customer support is usually something companies make sure to handle much better.

Right away this platform helped us clearly see which channels are performing for us and which ones are not. That visibility has made it much easier to focus our efforts where they matter most and get the best results. The layout works perfectly for our needs and the platform is very fast to use which makes a big difference day to day. I'd highly recommend it to small properties looking to improve and make a real impact.
Cons
Please keep building on it because it definitely has the potential to grow even more. At the moment the main limitation is that some features still feel restricted and that is what holds it back.

Getting started with this system was pretty simple. The interface is clean and not confusing so it didn't take long to learn how everything works. During onboarding the team stayed involved and helped us enter data while guiding us through each step of the setup. It has also become much more convenient to pull up historical reports whenever we need them. Another big advantage is that Rate Plans can be updated almost instantly.
Cons
One limitation is that reports for our top OTAs and the share of revenue they bring into the business are not readily available so we have to piece that information together from existing data. Also once the initial setup support is over customer service tends to be slow. We usually need to follow up several times before anything moves although they do eventually complete the request.

Pros
Being able to manage bookings, cancellations and room blocks from anywhere with this software is really useful and the best part is that it works well on mobile too.
Cons
Something that's missing is an auto release option. If a room is blocked and a cut off time has been set it would be very helpful if the system could release it automatically. It already sends a daily front desk report with the check in list which is great but it would be even better if it could also send outstanding payment reminders on a daily or weekly basis.
