Overpriced and no refund

Pros

Other providers offer the same service at a lower price and there's no onboarding help here so I don't really have anything nice to mention. Also there's no refund even if you sign up and stop using the service after just one day.

Cons

After signing up and not using the service beyond the first day there was still no refund offered. The pricing is also higher than competitors for the same service and there's no assistance with onboarding.

warranty support is useless

Pros

Honestly there's nothing positive I can say about this company.

Cons

For weeks now the gate access control system has been causing problems. Even though the PDK system is still under warranty they refuse to send a replacement unless we pay for a meeting first. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting it with their team and the same issue keeps coming back. At this point it really feels like they do not care about their customers at all.

Responsive Support but price keeps increasing

Pros

Getting around the software is very simple and whenever I call there's always someone available to answer the phone.

Cons

It felt like the pricing went up a few times within a fairly short period.

lots of useful reports

Pros

Software is very easy to use and there are plenty of reports available to choose from.

Cons

The deposit reports can be off by a few cents which gets really annoying when doing bank reconciliations.

Billing issues hurt the experience

Pros

Overall the software is decent and handles most of what I need it to do.

Cons

Over the past few months though I've run into problems in a few areas and the customer service experience with the representatives has been disappointing. I'm also supposed to have credits on my account but my card continues to be charged for the software for some reason.

reliable for my business

Pros

Running my business without this software is hard to imagine now. It has become a real asset and one thing I especially appreciate is being able to reach excellent customer service by phone whenever I need help.

Cons

Haven't run into any issues, everything has worked just the way it was promised.

handy online access

Pros

Using it online or over the phone is pretty easy and it works really well as long as you have an internet connection.

Pros

Working with the system has been simple and the support team has been great whenever needed.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that customers get certain email notifications I wasn't aware of. I'd prefer to be copied on all emails sent to customers.

Great support and billing

Pros

Pretty much every part of it has worked well for me. It handles the billing on their side and I just go in and record the payments. On top of that the customer service team is always friendly and genuinely helpful. I really can't say enough positive things about their support staff.

Cons

There's a lot in the system that I still don't fully understand and I just haven't had the time to learn everything yet. I'm not always sure where I should begin but honestly that's not a problem with them. That part is really on me.

Customizable site and gate tracking

Pros

Getting started with this software was easy and using it daily has been just as simple. The website can be customized nicely and customers have no trouble renting units online or making their rent payments through it. One feature I really appreciate is the gate integration since I can check the gate activity log anytime to see who has come into the storage lot.

Cons

The downside has been the rising costs for the software itself and for credit card processing.

Pros

Right from the start the customer service has been excellent. The system is easy to use and the agents are friendly, well informed and always polite. If they're busy when you call they make sure to call back which is really appreciated.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. Keep up the good work. The helpful updates are appreciated and the platform is simple to figure out when adding or deleting pages.

Great support every time

Pros

Whenever I've had a question the support team has been phenomenal. They always respond with clear answers, stay patient and walk me through each step of the software. I only run one small facility right now and I'm already looking forward to using this software at my next location.

Cons

The monthly fee feels a little expensive and on a small facility it does take a noticeable bite out of the monthly profit.

Easy to Work With

Pros

Very easy to work with and using it everyday has been simple. Whenever I ran into an issue or needed help with setup the support was quick and efficient.

Cons

A downside is that it's not a Canadian company and there's no option to choose a payment card system. It would also be helpful if it could integrate with the SAGE accounting system.

Flexible maps and quick rentals

Pros

Getting customers rented and moved out is quick and painless and the program is very simple to use. Being able to edit the map and units has been especially helpful for us since we run two businesses and our outdoor storage space shifts with the seasons.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating is not being able to delete unused customers or merge accounts that were accidentally duplicated.

Pros

Having customer facing tools, the interface and owner support all built into one platform is a big plus. Everything works together in one place which makes managing the business much more convenient.

Cons

Price is the only real downside. There are other options out there that offer fewer features but come in a bit cheaper.

The sales team is very convincing and does a good job getting you signed up but the product and service are nothing like what they promise.

terrible experience

Pros

Starting off was quick and the initial setup seemed easy but the system wasn't nearly as user friendly as it was made out to be.

Cons

Support has been very poor and we've ended up paying outside vendors thousands of dollars just to diagnose and fix hardware problems.

Great for property management

Pros

This works well for real estate businesses that manage more than one tenant and multiple properties. It makes tracking payments and condominium related expenses much more simple.

Cons
