“All in one booking powerhouse”
Pros
Everything in one system is a big advantage and I can decide myself how I want to use it. It covers reporting, booking management, invoicing, API integrations and automated email and booking workflows so a lot of important processes are handled in one place.
Cons
System is very comprehensive so it takes quite a bit of patience and time at the beginning to customize and configure everything properly. Thankfully there's a large video academy and plenty of live training sessions that help a lot during the setup phase.

“Clear and enjoyable to use”
Pros
Having worked with hotel software before getting it set up wasn't difficult for me. The guides are also very detailed and helpful so even someone without much experience could get everything configured without too much trouble. The whole system is laid out in a very clear and organized way and I genuinely enjoy working with it.
Cons
The part I like least is the channel maintenance because it feels fairly complex and takes quite a bit of time to manage all the restrictions. Sometimes there are gaps where the general restrictions don't apply so those cases have to be maintained individually which unfortunately makes things complicated especially for arrival and departure days. It would also be really helpful if prices and seasons could be pulled directly from it and you could simply add 20% on top. That would simplify a lot of tasks and save a huge amount of time.

“Easy to read online room schedul”
Pros
The online room plan is the part I like most because it's clear, well organized and easy to follow.
Cons
Support can only be reached through the ticket system and there's still room for improvement when it comes to payment options.

“outdated guest data management”
Pros
Getting the system up and running is quick and simple including the integrated channel manager.
Cons
When it comes to managing guest and customer data the system feels outdated especially considering the connected but isolated registration process. Promises were not kept and basic functions are still missing (particularly in accounting and cash management). As a result legally compliant bookkeeping is not possible without time consuming manual rework and maintaining a cash book in Excel. On top of that there are actual system errors including incorrect tax rate calculations in reports and those issues were still not fixed even months after being reported.
