Overpriced and frustrating freezes

Pros

Visual design looks appealing and the software is very comprehensive. It also supports multilingual descriptions which is helpful. That said it feels quite complicated especially for people without professional training.

Cons

Pricing is expensive and the program can become very slow from time to time. It also gets overloaded, shuts down on its own or freezes on a specific window. When that happens in a hotel setting a lot of time is wasted just trying to print an invoice, make a change or enter a new reservation.

handy flight booking app

Pros

Booking flights directly through the airline's app has been really convenient and it makes the whole process much simpler.

Cons

There aren't many low cost ticket options available and fares tend to increase very quickly.

Pros

Connection with the channel manager and the way bookings are managed work really well. It makes handling reservations much more convenient.

Cons

Guest management part could be better especially when it comes to filtering guest data. That process could definitely be simplified.

Pros

Everything is clear and well organized and it saves me a lot of time and trouble.

Cons

I honestly haven't noticed any downsides. Even when something isn't clear support is always quick to help.

excellent portal integration

Pros

Connecting with online booking portals works really well and the layout is clear and well organized. The support is outstanding with quick solutions whenever something comes up. The training sessions and assistance from their team is truly exceptional.

Cons

Setting up prices and seasonal rates is quite complicated and takes a lot of effort.

Pros

The layout is clear and well organized. The bar is simple to use and it offers plenty of useful features, including invoice creation, deposit handling and portal integrations.

Cons

One downside is that prices for each portal have to be entered individually instead of being automatically applied, for example through percentage based adjustments.

super friendly workflow

Pros

Designed in a very user friendly way which makes working with it simple and pleasant. One of the biggest advantages of the booking system is the automated communication that starts immediately after a reservation is made. The guest instantly receives a "have a good trip" email with all the key information which creates a reassuring and welcoming feeling right away. After the trip is completed, a "thank you" email is sent giving the guest a friendly farewell and encouraging them to book again. I also especially appreciate the on site training sessions with Katharina. She makes the courses very engaging and always adds helpful tips and practical advice.

Cons

One area where it could still be improved is the speed at which data and prices are updated in the channel manager.

Everything in one place!!

Pros

Once everything is set up it really makes my work easier. Everything is in one place and I can design the templates myself. It's simple to use and also sends emails automatically without me having to do it manually (as long as that feature is activated)

Cons

Getting support by phone leaves a lot to be desired. When there's a problem and something isn't working you need immediate help and not a long back and forth through questions and answers.

helpful rental workflow tool

Pros

Since 2016 I've been using it and have been really happy with the output. It's simple to maintain and a very helpful tool for handling the daily work in the rental business.

Cons

If I had to mention one thing it would be the price maintenance. It would be nice to have a one time centralized way to manage that.

Streamlines room planning

Pros

Since switching to this software managing and scheduling our rooms has become much simpler. The clear layout and easy operation shorten the entire guest management process considerably and the automatically generated emails add real value for guests without creating any extra work for us. The channel manager integration also makes coordinating bookings much more efficient. Especially for smaller businesses this software is absolutely worthwhile and very helpful.

Cons

Up to this point I honestly can't say anything negative about it and am extremely satisfied.

Pros

The platform is clear, flexible and connects well with booking portals which makes daily work much more convenient.

Cons

One frustrating part is having to click "save" after every small change. If you forget even once after making a lot of edits, everything is lost and you have to start over. A "Save?" prompt when closing the relevant input window would really help.

Pros

A lot of the processes run automatically which saves a lot of time. When you've gone through it once, the layout feels clear and well organized. The training from their team was also excellent and very supportive.

Cons

Really needs to be fully responsive and work 100% on mobile phones and tablets (on both user sides). Hopefully that will be improved in the future.

Quick support and professional presentation

Pros

Customers get responses to their inquiries quickly and the whole process feels simple and professional from their side.

Cons

A downside is that there's no phone number for questions only a chat option. During setup or when making changes there should be much closer customer support until everything is actually fully completed. In our case communication dropped off in between and we ended up having to pay our web designer extra. Better guidance would really be needed here. The invoice should also only be issued once every single part is finished and working properly not before everything is even functioning.
