“Customer support is the best
Pros
I really like the fact how simple it is to use. Also it is pretty user friendly and the support team always finds a fix for us whenever any problem pops up.
Cons
There are a few features that could definitely be improved but I am confident they will work on it soon.

“Really impressed with their support team
Pros
Well I got lucky that my call got answered by someone from a support team. She was so pleasant and patient helping me solve my issue after I had not gotten any response from online help or voicemails I left earlier that day. So thanks to the lady!
Cons
One thing I do not like is that they do not respond to online help requests or return voicemail messages.

Pros
The staff support is great with excellent follow up every time. Overall I will give 5 out of 5 to the customer support.
Cons
No complaints to share as it is obvious that learning new software can be tough but shoutout to their staff as they helped us a lot learning it quick.

Pros
It is really easy to use. I am completely satisfied with Enumerate. As it makes handling accounting so much easier for me.
Cons
I do not like that you cannot use the TAB key to move between fields.

“Feels too outdated
Pros
Navigating through the system is pretty straightforward. Owners can use it easily and I like features like email blasts and announcements.
Cons
It does not work well with other HOA software we use. Plus the portal options are limited and there is no way for boards or committees to approve things. Switching back and forth between the advanced portal and main software feels unnecessary. And password protection on owner portals makes logging in tricky too. Even the letter template process feels outdated.

Pros
Enumerate is very easy to operate and to pull reports. Overall I would say it is a solid management system.
Cons
Sometimes our emails do not reach all the recipients but the help desk is quick to respond and fix it.

Pros
Honestly the only thing this system does well is letting you bundle packages to print reports faster and that is literally the only thing that works properly. So yes I will say make your choice wisely!
Cons
Everything about this system is awful. Entering payables takes three times longer because the system randomly stops working. Like we still have incorrect beginning balances and the conversion team acts like it is not their problem.

Pros
There are plenty of features available for processing accounts payable and preparing financial reports which I find really helpful.
Cons
After updates the development team sometimes misses important features so we have to open tickets to get them fixed.

We use both Central and Engage and both are pretty user friendly. But what stands out most to me about it is the support. Plus their ongoing training and help with the software are outstanding.

I have nothing positive to say as the setup process was a disaster and it is really hard to get in touch with the support team.
Cons
We never even processed one transaction. Unfortunately we switched management companies that have their own software. After paying around $2,000 setup fees I tried to cancel but found out I am locked into a 3 year contract with no exceptions. I will make sure everyone in the condo community knows how they operate. I get penalties but paying for 36 months upfront is just extreme. So buyer beware.
