The software offers great flexibility, control and customization options to us.

Cons

Well the way features and controls are organized is confusing with too many settings scattered in unexpected places. So I feel like the new structure for all functions would help because for now it is easy to miss important options.

eUnify software feels more like a true partner than just a product. It helps us work efficiently and whenever we have issues, the eUnify team responds quickly to solve them and make sure we are happy with the fixes and updates.

Overall this product is pretty easy to use. Also the support team has been great at making any changes we needed and so far they have fixed every problem.

“Top platform I've seen for association management

Pros

It has really upgraded how we manage our Associations portfolio. Now we can track many activities and access lots of info from one system that also integrates with a member portal. Also it is great to handle everything in one place and easily generate all the reports we need.

Cons

Some parts of the platform could be better for tracking, reporting or efficiency but I have noticed that eUnify's team is eager to get feedback and continually updates the system to improve it.

We find it user-friendly and it is surely getting better each passing day.

I cannot really think of any downsides as the software works great.

Well the communication and eblast features do not have enough editing options which I think is a limitation.

I like that I can view all needed info on one page and quickly switch between tabs when I open a file.

One thing I do not like is the extra tabs that are not necessary. They just add more to sift through.

The software does not sync well with Skype or Zoom to track calls. Also it would be nice if accounting was built into Umanage so we could use just one system.

It is really simple for us now to convert a resident's request into a work order and processing ARC requests is quite simple too.

At times the reports can be glitchy for example, delinquency reports are inaccurate which is a major con as I need accurate delinquency data by the 13th of every month.

The thing I like the most about them is that the owner is open to suggestions and actively implements them.

Its layout is not what people expect as they want something like Facebook or Amazon. We also want clearer communication about status updates and upcoming features so our team fully understands everything in progress.

Entering all our data into the software takes time but once done daily tasks become much easier.

Well I love the fact how simple the software is to use. Also the developers keep making improvements regularly and support responds quickly. Both I and the residents enjoy using it.

Since items move around in the interface I have to keep adjusting to where things are.
