The software offers great flexibility, control and customization options to us.
Cons
Well the way features and controls are organized is confusing with too many settings scattered in unexpected places. So I feel like the new structure for all functions would help because for now it is easy to miss important options.

Cons
Overall this product is pretty easy to use. Also the support team has been great at making any changes we needed and so far they have fixed every problem.

“Top platform I've seen for association management
Pros
It has really upgraded how we manage our Associations portfolio. Now we can track many activities and access lots of info from one system that also integrates with a member portal. Also it is great to handle everything in one place and easily generate all the reports we need.
Cons
Some parts of the platform could be better for tracking, reporting or efficiency but I have noticed that eUnify's team is eager to get feedback and continually updates the system to improve it.

The software does not sync well with Skype or Zoom to track calls. Also it would be nice if accounting was built into Umanage so we could use just one system.

Cons
At times the reports can be glitchy for example, delinquency reports are inaccurate which is a major con as I need accurate delinquency data by the 13th of every month.
