flexible modules for hotel operations

Pros

The software modules cover every part of hotel operations which makes it very useful overall. That flexibility is a real advantage for hoteliers and adds a lot of convenience in daily work.

Cons

The customer review QR code feature still needs some work. Submitting a review through the QR code should be more convenient and should also help collect reviews across all platforms including the website, Google and all OTAs.

Good support across properties

Pros

Across all my properties this system has been very user friendly and simple to understand. The service has also been excellent and Mr. Gurpreet and Sandeep ji have been the best guides I could have asked for.

Cons

Nothing to complain about so far everything with it seems perfect.

quick access and real convenience

Pros

Using this software has made everyday work in hospitality much more convenient. It's quick to access, simple to use and has honestly made my job a lot easier overall.

Cons

simple for daily hotel use

Pros

The process is really easy and it works well for us. All of our staff use it very often so it has been a good fit for daily hotel operations.

Cons

It would be better if it included options for re-check in along with an add on feature for the food menu.
