Pros
Nothing has worked on time and they rarely answer phone calls or respond to messages. The only time they seem to reach out is when a payment is due. If you have not paid they will call you but otherwise no one attends to your calls.
Cons
I do not like this software and the company does not provide proper backend support either. Because of that I would strongly suggest not investing in this software.

Pros
Working at the front desk I've been using this software for the past year and I'm genuinely impressed with it. It has made all of my front office operations run very well and helps me handle daily work without trouble.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't faced any issues with it. My tasks take much less time now and I really appreciate this software a lot.

Using this software feels comfortable and easy and the support team is always readily available when needed. The online documentation and support materials are also very helpful and well provided.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about though there's still room for improvement. I'd suggest adding more bulk edit options (such as bulk routing of folios) to make the process even better.

Cons

Right away the user friendly design makes daily hotel operations much simpler and cuts down the time it takes new staff to get comfortable with the system. The interface is clean, clear and uncomplicated which is particularly helpful for properties that deal with frequent staff turnover.
Cons
Because it runs in the cloud it depends a lot on having a reliable internet connection. When the internet is slow or unstable users have mentioned noticeable lag especially during busy periods. That can be a real disadvantage for properties located in areas where internet service is inconsistent.

I started using this about 10 months ago and it has been a very positive experience with the software.
Cons
The system is quite capable but getting everything set up at the beginning takes proper training to make the transition work well. From time to time there are small lags in the system particularly during busy peak hours.

Being a hotel FOM I've noticed this software has really cut down the time needed to handle daily tasks. The check in and check out process runs very efficiently now which has made front desk work much more manageable.
Cons
I'm still new to the software but it has been simple to operate so far. The booking and reservation process also works very efficiently and there's much less pressure now so I'm happy with the software.

Getting around it feels very easy even for staff who aren't especially tech savvy. The interface is clear and simple to work with which makes daily tasks easier to handle. Another big advantage is the cloud based access since it allows hotel operations to be managed from virtually anywhere.
Cons
There is still some difficulty figuring it out in the beginning so new team members may need some time before they feel fully confident using everything. Also the customization options can feel somewhat limited especially when it comes to making certain reports and invoices more flexible.

The stay view is really helpful and the software is simple to work with day to day. It connects very well across all departments which makes operations feel well coordinated. Overall it has been excellent.
Cons
Sometimes the screen refresh does not work properly. The difference between the new and old extranet can also be a bit confusing. It would be useful to have a 15 day business forecast chart included on the dashboard. I'd also prefer lighter colors for each reservation status because the current ones feel too strong and highcontrast.

Right away the Booking Engine feels clean and accessible so both our staff and guests can move through it without confusion. The setup and customization of the booking process are also pretty easy which helps us save time.
Cons

From the start the user interface has been pleasant to work with and the customer service from them has been excellent. The team is very helpful when it comes to explaining how the platform works and guiding users through its functions.
Cons
There are still some bugs in the booking engine especially around extra charges during booking and discounts being applied in advance. Both issues have already been reported by email for the development team to look into.

Cons
