Pros
The backend is very user friendly and the overall overview of the features is really well organized.
Cons
The calendar is a bit inefficient to use on a smartphone and unfortunately there are no occupancy colors shown directly in the calendar when entering dates. It would also be helpful to have an inbox for tenant communication.

Pros
Even without much prior knowledge it's very user friendly and works really well for beginners. The whole process is covered from creating an offer to sending the booking confirmation and even the accounting is included.
Cons
It's being continuously updated and further developed all the time. No complaints from my end for now.

This product is simple and easy to understand even without much technical knowledge. And on the rare occasion something isn't clear the support team responds quickly and resolves issues right away.

“powerful calendar and automation”
Pros
Right from the start the wide range of features made a strong impression on me. The occupancy calendar sync with booking portals works flawlessly which is a huge advantage. The main reason I bought it was the calendar for my website and that part works perfectly. Guest invoicing and the automated emails are also really useful features that I definitely wouldn't want to be without anymore.
Cons
At times it can feel a bit confusing for example with the two different ways to access the calendar that each come with different functions. Still like with any software once you've spent some time getting used to it it stops being much of an issue. One thing I do miss is being able to view older bookings again unless that option is there and I just haven't discovered it yet.

It is set up in a simple way and all the automation features save users a huge amount of time. The support team is absolutely outstanding as well.

“fantastic fit for vacation rentals”
Pros
Right from the start it has been user friendly, fast and flexible with plenty of settings that can be adjusted to fit our needs. The support team is very friendly, understands the issue immediately and stays communicative throughout the process even when you bring in your own ideas. The website integration is excellent as well with lots of useful modules available. On top of that using it on a mobile phone while away (whether for bookings, checking the calendar and more) works really well.
Cons
I can't think of anything negative. The product is excellent and perfectly suited to our vacation rental business in Zeeland.
