Getting started with this software is very easy and the staff had no trouble using it at all. It covers nearly everything we need which makes daily work much more manageable.
Cons

One of the biggest advantages of using it was its smooth GDS/OTA integration which really improved our property's online visibility and helped increase bookings. The reservations management system also made handling bookings and guest stays much more manageable, saving us a lot of time while keeping the guest experience running efficiently. Also the reporting and analytics tools gave us useful insights that helped us make informed decisions, improve daily operations and raise guest satisfaction. Cons
Was generally user friendly though a few parts did take some time to fully understand. Some of the more advanced features and customization settings required deeper knowledge and a bit of training to use well. That said the customer support team was consistently responsive and helpful whenever we ran into any issues.

Pros
Has been simple to use and it has helped increase both traffic and bookings. The SEO performance is also strong which has improved rankings nicely.
Cons
The UI and UX still need improvement and it is not very mobile friendly or responsive.
