“Everything you need in one well designed website

Pros

Not having to use multiple software tools for different aspects of my projects is a big plus. I love that FlipperForce integrates everything seamlessly deal calculators, task management, scheduling, estimating, and expense tracking, all in one interface.

Cons

There's room for improvement, but overall, the existing functionality works well. Minor glitches are expected, but I anticipate continued improvements.

This software is user-friendly and encompasses everything necessary to manage a real estate flipping business effectively. The pre-built templates save time and keep the focus on critical tasks. The tutorial videos are also incredibly helpful, making it easy to explore and utilize the software's features.

Cons

We're looking forward to more storage and better document organization. Currently, we use another resource to store photos and videos.

It's frustrating that I have to complete the initial stage of a project for it to appear in my expense tracker dropdown. I manage that budget outside of the system and don't need to complete that section in the software.

Honestly, there's nothing about this software that I dislike. We also use Quickbooks for tax reporting, so any improvements that enhance compatibility between the two would be welcomed.

The software is very intuitive, crafted by a developer with practical experience in renovator needs. The customer support exceeds expectations. it's the most responsive I've encountered for any software.

At this stage, there are no issues. I'm just waiting for the comps analysis feature to become active.

One drawback we've encountered is that everything must be associated with a specific project. We often create general documents that apply to all deals, not just one, so having a section for company-level items would be beneficial.

I loved how easy it was to use and how quickly it analyzes large sets of data (costs and fees). This capability allows me to spot opportunities in minutes. The flexibility to be as detailed or high-level as needed is another plus.

Cons

There's not much I've liked "least" so far. However, I believe having a dedicated mobile app instead of relying on a responsive web browser would greatly improve navigation, especially when dealing with detailed rehab information on a phone. It would also be highly beneficial to have a help document that includes national average costs for labor and materials, specifying regional differences.
