The analysis is outstanding. It's easy to browse, and the terminology used is clear and comprehensible.
Cons
I wish there was a section for fix-and-flip and note-holding. An amortization table calculator would be handy, and I'd like a streamlined process for generating 1099 forms at year-end. It would also be beneficial to have a combined running profit overview for all projects throughout the year, perhaps on a separate tab.

Our primary reason for investing in FlipperForce was to analyze both rentals and flips comprehensively from the outset. We needed a tool that could show us the potential of each property, calculate a suitable purchase price, and generate detailed reports with all essential information. FlipperForce has fulfilled these needs perfectly.
Cons
Starting out, I felt there were some missing elements. Understanding where to begin and what to do next was a challenge initially, but I'm starting to grasp it. The upcoming addition of Comps will be significant. Integrating with excel/csv for expenses and linking to financial accounts to avoid duplicate entries would be helpful. Using the application on a mobile device proved difficult; attempts were often abandoned. GANTT charts don't function well on mobile, and scheduling with them can be frustrating.
