“One of the best ETL on the market, worth its (high) cost
Pros
Getting it up and running is quick and easy: it's streamlined and intuitive. It offers extensive integrations, enabling data import from any marketing platform, CRM, or service, and export to multiple destinations.
Cons
As an ETL, the extraction and loading parts are excellent, but the transformation aspect could be better. There's no room for significant data transformation, only basic tasks. Scheduling isn't possible, which is frustrating when developing business dashboards and needing data updated before morning meetings with key stakeholders.

Their customer service was incredibly helpful. They assisted me in setting up everything we needed to monitor for our clients globally. With hundreds of connectors, it's easy to set up and view all your marketing/product information together.
Cons
It's quite pricey for our company, but for larger organizations with numerous clients or higher revenues, this wouldn't be a significant issue.

Pros
Beyond the tool's core functions, I like its logical and complementary layout. Updates are frequent, improving ease of use and introducing more connectors and features aligned with current trends. The Tableau integration stands out as particularly valuable among the recent additions. The Knowledge Base is robust, and the support team is exceptional in their prompt responses and issue resolution times.
Cons
Although the Knowledge Base is comprehensive and covers the tool well, it could be expanded further. More commonly used data destinations could be added while maintaining ease of use.

Pros
Funnel.io proves invaluable for integrating third-party marketing data seamlessly into our internal systems. The range of report formats and available channels is impressive, and the setup and operation within the tool are highly intuitive. Customer support is exceptional, with continuous additions of new channels, reports, and features.
Cons
There are only a few limitations I can think of. Sometimes a report or field isn't available, but that's often because it's not provided by the third-party marketing partner's API. Funnel is constantly adding new reports and fields as they become available.

The ability to aggregate our data from multiple sources like Google Analytics, Facebook, Google Ads, Pinterest, and more. Creating custom metrics from multiple data sources saves us a lot of time and makes reporting less prone to human error.
Cons
Occasionally, it's impossible to get metrics available in the original channel due to API issues or differences in calculation methods. It's a bit confusing to set up, and I'm still trying to understand it, but their customer support is very helpful.

Pros
The software is very easy to navigate, enabling us to quickly and easily create reports that help our account team provide strategic recommendations to clients on optimizing their digital marketing spend. The widgets offer a lot of flexibility, and I'm impressed with the numerous options for charts and graphs. Additionally, the Customer Support team has been fantastic in helping us add new platforms, set up various reports, provide recommendations, troubleshoot issues, etc. They are incredibly responsive, and I've had only positive experiences with everyone at Funnel. I would definitely recommend this software to others.
Cons
While Funnel offers a lot of flexibility, I'd like to see them implement unique metrics that can't be stored by day, as some of our clients want these metrics in their dashboards but they aren't available.

Pros
We centralize all our marketing campaign dashboards into Google Analytics, so we need to upload Cost Data regularly for all non-Google advertising networks. Using Funnel.io, we've automated this process, saving significant time and avoiding mistakes. The list of advertising networks with API connections to Funnel is extensive, so when we want to test a new network, we prefer one already on their list because it's so much easier.
Cons
I can't find any cons, except maybe the pricing. I believe most advertisers won't reach monthly spending outside of AdWords. They used to offer a cheaper entry package for lower monthly spending but recently removed it.

Pros
It's simple to use, flexible, supports many exports and marketing channels, provides reliable data, and has very helpful and fast-responding customer support.
Cons
The only improvement I think is needed is in the data explorer. It should have either more design options or the ability to create custom reports.

The vast number of data sources covers virtually every existing online marketing channel. The best feature is the BigQuery data export, allowing us to analyze data further.
Cons
I still need to understand the GUI in more detail. The pricing could also be a bit lower. Other than that, I'm very enthusiastic about the software. It allows us to truly apply data-driven marketing.

Pros
Integrations with media and data sources work perfectly, and with custom dimensions and metrics, it's easy to visualize almost any special KPI you might have.
Cons
The graph and data presentation have some limitations, but these can often be bypassed by rethinking and simplifying data presentation, which is usually beneficial anyway.
