It has completely changed the way we handle maintenance across the properties we manage. Our workflow feels much more organized now and everything runs more efficiently. It has also made our billing and payroll processes far more smooth.
Cons
Getting the external maintenance form set up was a little difficult and took some time but once it was in place, it has worked really well.
