The software is remarkably easy to navigate and understand. The interface is very simple, which ensures it's accessible for tenants and managers alike. The customer service is exceptional they handle every concern promptly and even reached out to my tenant directly to resolve an issue they encountered. The quality of service they deliver is outstanding and definitely justifies the investment.
Cons
My time using the software saw adjustments that were forewarned by the company. While these tweaks enhanced its functionality, they did introduce temporary technical glitches that were promptly fixed.
