Pros
It has been really useful for managing our consumer listings. We can include different amenities with each listing which makes the information more complete and helpful.
Cons
This also makes it simpler for consumers to search through the data and reach out to us with questions. On top of that, it supports overall inquiry tracking with reporting that keeps the information well organized.

Pros
This program was very easy to get started with and the interface is simple to navigate. Setting up properties is easy and doesn't take much effort which makes the whole process smooth. The customer service team is also very helpful especially when you're still learning how the software works.
Cons
I haven't run into any bugs or limitations that have interrupted my workflow.
