Billing efficiency

Pros

Has been a very user friendly system for our team and the customer support has been excellent. The Enterprise Billing feature has really improved efficiency across our organisation by generating a daily invoice summary and grouping revenue by income type into one summary revenue invoice each day. That means we no longer need to create thousands of separate invoices in our accounting system which has allowed us to work with software like Xero without running into volume limitation issues.

Cons

At the moment I'd still like to see a more capable custom reporting tool for analysing or extracting data on an ad hoc basis although I'm confident that will come over time.

Helpful search and questionnaire

Pros

Search tool and questionnaire were useful overall. At the same time having to hit a minimum word count was frustrating and creating a log in didn't feel like a good idea.

Cons

There were constant bugs and errors and too much felt unclear or unknown.

CRM with strong integrations

Pros

A highly customizable CRM that works really well for growing businesses. The API integration with instant messaging platforms is a big advantage and the reporting features are very effective.

Cons

I've been using this software since the initial set up and it's been reassuring to see that any issues or suggestions have been reviewed and improved over time.

clean design and friendly flow

Pros

The platform has a simple and user friendly design that makes everything easy to use.

Cons

There is really nothing I dislike about it. If anything I just end up waiting for the fun new features to be added since there always seems to be something around the corner that makes the platform even more convenient to use.

Accessible CRM that just clicks

Pros

Been a refreshing change using this software compared with other CRM platforms I've worked with. The layout is very user friendly and accessible so everything feels logical and simple to figure out. From a training standpoint it has also been really easy to get our staff up to speed and comfortable using it.

Cons

Every now and then the system runs into bugs but the team has always been extremely helpful and quick to respond with solutions that actually fix the issue.

All in One Coworking Powerhouse

Pros

It has been a great all in one platform for us. It works as a membership database, CRM and billing management system and it's continuing to grow with analytics and marketing insight features as well. For any coworking or serviced office operator it really feels like a one stop shop. It's simple to use, integrates well and has helped us streamline a lot of processes across the business.

Cons

Honestly the only drawback is that we didn't start using it sooner.

Simple bookings and onboarding

Pros

Using the software has been a real highlight because it's so easy to work with. From bringing new members on board to handling bookings, the whole process feels simple and clear which helps our daily operations run much more efficiently.

Cons

The reporting side is probably the one area that can feel a little complex or overwhelming now and then. Still it's obvious this part is being improved continuously to make it more user friendly and it has definitely been getting more easy over time.
