“uploading photos is simple”

Pros

Pulling up work orders and snapping photos right in the app has been incredibly useful. My favorite part is taking pictures and uploading them straight into the app without any extra steps.

Cons

Neither I nor anyone on our staff has run into any issues so far.

It really helps us carry out inspections in a very detailed way and it's especially useful when it comes to creating reports.

One downside is that photos don't always come out properly and often end up blurry.

I found it pretty simple to use but as long as you have the right phone for it.

Feature-wise it is very limited. When we first started using it, the huge gap compared to the Android version was really disappointing.

This tool is generally easy to use. It's also really helpful that I can connect it with the main platform our team already uses.

Every now and then inspections run into syncing issues or freeze while photos are being uploaded.

Having inspections recorded digitally has been a big plus and tracking whether smoke detectors are working is the most important part for us.

It would be even better if there were inspection reports available. For example, I'd like to see a report showing which properties have already been inspected and when the last inspection was completed for each one.

The phone app availability has been really useful. Other users can get to the data right away which helps a lot. It also connects with our management software and the included templates are a nice bonus.

We did run into a few issues while integrating it with our management software but the support desk sorted everything out within a few days.

Pros

Different inspection templates let me document the condition of each property right while I'm on site. It also lets me capture before-and-after photos which makes it much easier to confidently bill repair invoices to the right person. I also had a situation where I accidentally assigned an inspection to the wrong address and Customer Support fixed it for me very quickly.

Cons

It is simple to work with and I can't think of anything that needs improving.

Several times a week, this product helps us document all of our move-in and move-out photo reports and it has become a regular part of our workflow.

Cons

Getting it to sync with Buildium can be a bit difficult for me sometimes.

Completing inspections and uploading them while out in the field is really convenient. The mobile access makes it practical to keep things moving without waiting until I'm back at the office.

Cons

I run into connection issues at times when inspections are trying to sync and upload. That said, it's probably more related to weak cellular or Wi-Fi coverage in our rural area than the software itself.

“smooth performance”

Pros

This software has been working really well for me overall and it runs smoothly with very few problems.

Cons

The only frustrating part has been email delivery once in a while. There was one time I had to resend it around seven times before the email finally came through.

Pros

It didn't take long to get comfortable with it and seeing work orders organized by priority makes it much easier to tell what needs attention first.

Cons

I still have to switch over to other apps to look up contact details that aren't available in this system.
