Great Product

Pros

Moving our waitlists onto a single platform has been transformative. Previously, we had about 15 properties using different waitlist methods. Now, we all use Haven Connect, which helps us find applicants and track our interactions with them.

Cons

We had to invest some effort in customizing the software to align with our organization's needs. Once customized, it operated flawlessly.

Assists in populating the waitlist

Pros

Haven Connect quickly entered applicant information, giving us immediate access to the list when applicants called to update their contact details.

Cons

Since we qualify for tax credits, there are several sublists within the main list based on income and applicable AMI. Our list doesn't categorize them by AMI, which makes navigation slightly more challenging.

A Must Have!

Pros

Working with Haven Connect has transformed our processes. I particularly appreciate the filtering feature, which allows me to quickly find what I need without scrolling through hundreds of names. The team members at Haven Connect have been exceptional, promptly answering my questions and providing guidance whenever needed. Thank you!

Cons

The only drawback would be the inability to copy and paste applicant codes. When applicants set up their accounts, they often attempt to copy and paste the code/number, which isn't compatible with the system. It becomes frustrating when we have to explain this to someone who isn't proficient in English.

Property Manager Perspective

Pros

I enjoy the variety of communication options, such as email, mail, and text. Additionally, not having to send physical letters anymore is a significant benefit.

Cons

I'm not particularly fond of the fact that the waitlist number for each applicant remains unchanged.

Haven Connect Review

Pros

The messaging feature within the software is very convenient, and I appreciate that it keeps records of all communications.

Cons

From an applicant's perspective, I don't believe they can view their waitlist number.

Great Platform

Pros

Identifying applicants who meet our current apartment criteria is a breeze.

Cons

The loading time is a bit prolonged, but it's likely due to our computer being sluggish.

Haven Connect Review

Pros

I'm thrilled with the amazing mass messaging feature that lets me send texts and emails. Plus, having the sign-in link conveniently available on our website is a fantastic perk.

Cons

Occasionally, there is a delay in sending mass messages, causing the software to experience lag.
