Cons
I wish the application process could be more transparent. Many applicants were uncertain about being placed on a waitlist and mistakenly believed they had already submitted an application for an available unit.

I value its straightforwardness and the abundance of details it provides. It streamlines the completion process, making it fast and easy. Additionally, I enjoy the feature that allows me to search for other application opportunities on the platform. As a property manager, I appreciate the clear presentation of essential information for evaluation.
Cons
It would be fantastic if MFTE applicants could exclusively utilize Haven Connect to access information and images of our homes. Currently, they need to obtain preliminary forms from us and then complete the Equity application. Just a suggestion!

Haven Connect aimed to simplify what has been a convoluted process with various income brackets and priority groups. Although we've had limited success in reaching out through the system, I have been able to update notes and remove applicants from the list when I make a call.

I thoroughly enjoyed the features of Haven Connect (HC) and having all the essential tools in one place. The option to send text messages or postal mail directly from HC is a fantastic benefit.
Cons
It lacks the ability to attach documents. The City of Seattle Affordable Housing Program mandates certain PDFs that cannot be supplemented through HC. It would be convenient if we could attach these files and send them using HC.

The software is very easy to use and intuitive. Online applications have significantly reduced the administrative burden of manually logging each received application. I appreciate that it automatically logs all activities and retains copies of letters, emails, and text messages. The clean dashboard layout simplifies managing waiting lists, even with over a thousand names. The feature to contact multiple applicants at once is excellent.
Cons
It currently doesn't have an AMI filter, but I understand that it's under development, and I'm eagerly anticipating its implementation! Additionally, each user has to create their own templates.

Having online access to our properties' waitlist is incredibly convenient, especially when team members are moving between properties. Waitlist applicants can update their information from their homes. Communication, from the initial application to the first tour, can be easily managed and documented within Haven Connect. The support and customer service team have been outstanding.
Cons
Additional functionality should be implemented to facilitate easier access to workflows. It would be helpful to have the ability to review only new applicants or those who recently updated their information. The software also doesn't integrate with our company's backend software.

Cons
There should be a method to filter specific aspects without relying on the admin to add the filtering category. Additionally, it would be excellent if we could search by phone number or email value. Mass letters and emails don't always yield the desired results, and it seems like the server may experience overload at times. Nonetheless, I'm generally content with the program.
