“Affordable and easy solution for small landlords

Pros

The graphical overview is great. It gives a clear, quick breakdown of each area and the whole system is easy to use. Plus it's cheaper than billing through my property management company.

Cons

What is still missing is support in the area of utility billing. For example if you forget to specify something important for the billing such as the property tax, it would be very helpful if the system provided an information message or warning alert. This message should inform you that the item is still missing and ask whether it was deliberately left out or simply forgotten.

Use it mainly to create utility bills and all the administrative tasks are in one spot and everything is so clear.

Cons

Ewa's menu is a bit messy. Also, I wish there was a dark mode option.

I was just looking for a way to bill utilities and hellohousing was exactly what I needed. Honestly telling I only expected an Excel template but I'm really happy with the whole system. The interface looks nice and is simple to navigate and creating new properties and tenants is easy and also the tenant summaries I can attach to bills are clear and easy to understand.

Cons

So far, I have only created one statement and have not seen any real issues. I did find creating distribution keys a little tricky but that's probably because I am new to renting and don't know what all the keys mean yet.

I don't really see any downsides. There were a few design glitches at the start but they fixed them quickly. Support is also quick to help.
