Pros
Using this software has been very easy thanks to its strong functions, useful add on options for the front desk and maintenance apps and the wide range of reports it can generate. Those reports are especially helpful for daily operations, better decision making and meeting Office of Fair Trading Trust Account audit requirements.
Cons
This is not really a negative but it would be very beneficial if the system offered an interface that lets you include externally managed properties within the same program. That way reporting could be more accurate from an operational point of view. Essentially having two rent rolls (one internal and one external) with Trust Account reporting available while still showing them as separate entities would be much better than needing to run two completely separate programs to manage both.

“perfect fit for small resorts
Pros
Being a smaller resort the simplicity of the product has been a big advantage for us and the customer support has been excellent as well.
Cons
There really isn't anything that stands out as a downside for us since we find the system very easy to use.

After you get familiar with the system it opens up a lot of possibilities and there's plenty you can accomplish with it.
Cons
Biggest challenge is learning all of it. Since I'm older it takes me a bit longer to grasp the system but the training I've received has been helping me every day.

“Support that actually delivers
Pros
Switching from RMS to this software has been a really good decision for us. The support has been 10/10 the whole way through. The team speaks clear English, is local rather than off shore and actually understands what we need. The system itself is much simpler and more user friendly and they don't hit you with extra charges for help with things like adding a new property which RMS used to do. Honestly RMS seemed to charge for every small task they handled.
Cons
Booking ledger feels too cluttered at the moment and could be clearer and much easier to read.

Reporting system has been excellent and the more I use the additional reports the more I appreciate them.
Cons
At first it felt very clunky and I didn't enjoy working in it but that was mostly because I didn't understand the system well enough yet. It took some time to learn but now I really enjoy using it.

Running our management rights business with it has been very simple and it gives us everything we need to manage operations effectively. There's plenty of detail that can be added to bookings, the reporting options are very useful and the support team has been a big help with the daily running of our accommodation property.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't come across anything I've needed to do in the software that the system couldn't handle.

Pros
Having three people in our team using this software for about 70% of their workday says a lot about how accessible it is. The system is very user friendly and it doesn't take long to get comfortable with how everything works.
Cons
Payment option could definitely be improved. If someone enters the wrong amount or makes a mistake it can sometimes mean deleting everything and starting the whole process over again.

Back when I first entered property management my computer skills were basically nonexistent and if you asked the software team they'd probably joke and say I had none at all. I was absolutely hopeless at the start but they handled everything I put them through with so much patience. They never got annoyed, kept helping me and slowly got me up to speed. During the first year I was calling about twice a week for around three months then it dropped to maybe twice a month and eventually it all clicked. Now five years later I might only call once a year when I make a really big mess of something and amazingly they still remember me. These days I can laugh about it because the system is actually very simple to use even for someone like me.
Cons
I can't say I have any real complaints. I mostly stick to the parts I need and already know how to use. And whenever I do get stuck I know I can rely on the girls and the technical guy who would always tell me "don't worry Cookie, I'll get you going again" and sure enough he'd sort out even my biggest disasters.
