I have had a lot of bookings, even during the slow seasons. The instructions are clear, the structure is easy to follow and the contact people are really helpful.
Cons
Unfortunately you cannot respond directly to every review, which is a bit frustrating.

Pros
Holidu's self booking platform makes onboarding simple, advertises across many sites, handles billing with guests and responds quickly to customer requests.
Cons
We have DTS stars but they don't show up on the site. Some requests like picture changes, happen quickly but without confirmation that they were done. Overall better feedback would be appreciated. Some requests take about a day to handle.

Cons
I recommended their listing page to an owner who agreed to join their portfolio of rural tourism promoters. After some time, they reached out promising a reward or payment for the referral. But over the following days, I realized it was just a fake marketing tactic to collect more user data without clear purpose. The promised reward never came, even though I agreed to provide the data they asked for. It felt like a misleading sales strategy with false company practices.

The site is simple and very flexible. It has smart features that others don't like a personal website and options to adjust pricing to avoid empty days. The Italian support is excellent, even though it's not available in Albania.
