“Powerful automation”
Pros
Getting started with this software has been really easy thanks to the clean and user friendly dashboard. Even when new team members join they can usually find their way around quickly and the layout makes everyday tasks simple to manage. Another big plus is having all guest communication brought into one central inbox. Messages from different channels are pulled together which makes it much easier to stay on top of conversations without jumping between platforms. The automation and templates have also made a noticeable difference. Automated guest messages, check in instructions and review requests have helped us stay more consistent, improve the guest experience and reduce a lot of repetitive manual work. Other than that the support team has been very responsive. Any time we've needed assistance with setup or troubleshooting they've replied quickly and been helpful throughout.
Cons
A few parts still feel fairly basic when compared with larger PMS platforms. Advanced reporting, custom dashboards and deeper integrations with some niche tools are areas where it could offer more functions.

“PM management win!”
Pros
Right from daily property management tasks this software has made things much simpler. It offers a user friendly experience across our whole team whether someone is just starting out or is a more experienced property manager. Also the support team has been helpful whenever needed.
Cons
One area that could be better is the formatting for scheduled email templates which isn't especially user friendly. I usually end up creating the content separately and then copying and pasting it into the templates and schedules.

Pros
Was easy to start off with since it's a web based platform that's simple to work with and doesn't need much training. One of the biggest highlights is the local support team: they're extremely well informed, genuinely friendly and easy to deal with which makes every interaction feel pleasant and stress free. Their response times are very fast and having phone support available is incredibly helpful in daily operations. Apart from this the software connects smoothly with major OTAs which helps streamline bookings, cut down on manual data entry and improve overall efficiency.
Cons
At the moment, trust accounting still sits in a separate module instead of being fully built into the main system. That does add an extra step to the workflow but HomHero has mentioned that a fully integrated trust accounting solution is expected to be released soon which is exciting and should make the platform even more functional.

Excellent value for the price with a clean and simple platform that's easy to use. The customer service has been top notch and overall it's been an excellent program.
Cons
I really haven't run into any issues even after using the service for quite a while. It has stayed very reliable and I've been consistently happy with it.

Pros
Really understands the short term rental industry and what a PMS needs to deliver to actually work well. It's a big plus that they're Australian owned and locally based with a team that genuinely understands how a short term accommodation business runs and what it needs to succeed. I also love that it offers a complete package.
Cons
I'm really looking forward to the integrated accounting being added so the analytics and reporting can be more customizable and give us the specific data we need.
