Excellent sync and time savings

Pros

Synchronization works really well and the support team has been excellent. The biggest advantage for me is how much time it saves with AADE in Greece. If they also expand this to include the TAKK fee it would be a complete PMS and Channel Manager for my needs.

Cons

There can be a few hours of delay when syncing Pricelabs prices and availability with the calendar and that does cause issues from time to time.

reliable automation

Pros

Biggest advantage for me is the real time calendar sync across every platform which almost completely removes the chance of double bookings. The interface feels user friendly, the initial setup is simple and the support team is consistently quick to respond and helpful whenever needed. I also really value the detailed reports and automated messaging tools since they save me time and make managing my properties much more efficient. Overall it's a reliable solution that makes the everyday work of vacation rental management much easier to handle.

Cons

Part I'm least happy with is that full user role management and customized teammate access (whether for property owners, cleaning staff or co-hosts) is restricted to the Pro edition. It would be far more practical if this feature were part of the Standard plan since it plays such an important role in daily operations when managing properties with a team.

efficient setup

Pros

Getting everything set up and synced has been efficient and effective from the start. The small issues I've run into have mostly come down to user error and they were simple to fix once identified.

Cons

It is clearly a more complete, well rounded platform which also means there are a lot of details and settings to adjust based on your needs. Because of that it can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

Good reservations and payments

Pros

Managing all our properties with it has been very helpful for the growth of the company. The reservation options are well suited to what we need and the platform gives us confidence that payments go through successfully and stay fully functional.

Cons

Comes with all the capabilities we need to handle properties and projects efficiently while also helping us reduce overall operational costs.

charges kept coming anyway

Pros

One thing they seem very capable of is taking money from my bank account every month even though my account with them had already been closed.

Cons

The billing is a mess overall. The invoice, the fees and the final amount they charge all feel wrong.

transparent pricing

Pros

After trying several platforms the things that stood out most to me here were the fully functional free trial, the transparent pricing and the way costs are clearly shown in the billing section instead of hiding them behind emails or vague estimates. I also really enjoyed the owners portal because property owners can quickly see how their rentals are performing and the interface is very simple. The expenses section is excellent as well and customer support responds almost instantly. Overall this is the best option I've come across so far. Other platforms offer a fairly similar experience but this still comes out ahead for me.

Cons

No real complaints at the moment. I'm still curious to see how it holds up over time especially since the competition in this space is very strong.

simple setup

Pros

Getting started was relatively easy. Their team helped us get everything configured and they were attentive and very helpful throughout the process.

Cons

Something that would improve it is having manual blocks from other channels sync and populate automatically.

good support for rentals

Pros

Their team is incredibly professional, highly trained, genuinely friendly and even funny at times. They always respond to my questions very quickly and consistently help me sort out any issues. I couldn't manage my vacation rental business without them.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about this excellent company.

failed property linking issues

Pros

The idea behind having one system connect all my rentals to avoid double bookings sounded really appealing. Unfortunately the software did not manage to link my properties properly.

Cons

Adding to that, double bookings kept happening often and they never followed through on their so called zero double booking guarantee. At no point did they contact guests or offer them any kind of accommodation.

simple hosting integration win

Pros

Bringing vacation rental services together with this software has been really easy. The whole setup felt simple from start to finish and I had support available at every step along the way.

Cons

Weren't any problems on my end when connecting Airbnb and Venmo for combined hosting through this software and it also gave me the option to list on additional services.

Pros

Cons

Calendar sync setup

Pros

Keeping calendars synchronized across multiple platforms has been very easy and getting everything deployed was just as simple.

Cons

Multi platform pricing sync is still being developed but once that's fully in place it will add a lot more value to the product. Calendar sync is clearly the core strength right now and it's encouraging to see new features like Price Sync being rolled out quickly.

ahead of the game

Pros

Whenever something goes wrong with one of the platforms (like Airbnb) this software is quick to alert me. They stay on top of things and really seem one step ahead.

Cons

It would be even better if they added more holiday agents so there were more channels available.

easy setup

Pros

Right from the start it felt easy and uncomplicated to use. The whole platform keeps things simple without piling on countless features I'll never need just to drive up the price. Their technical support is close, dependable and very friendly and the after sales service has been excellent as well. I really value the fact that it always feels like there's someone available on the other side to help whenever an issue comes up even from my GMT+8 time zone.

Cons

There really isn't anything I dislike. The only thing that would make it even better would be an IOS app.
