“Amazing support”
Pros
Was quick to start working with and using it day to day feels very simple. The customer support is excellent and available 24/7 whenever help is needed. Also if there's something we require that isn't already included they're willing to add it after we ask which is a huge plus.
Cons
The connection can be a bit slow at times. Aside from that the overall experience with the system has been excellent.

Pros
Starting off with it was easy. Being cloud based is a big advantage and the customer support has been reliable whenever needed.
Cons
One thing still missing is yield management and adding that would make the system even better.

Pros
I really appreciate how flexible the software is and it keeps getting better thanks to the constant rollout of new features and updates.
Cons
There are still a few functions missing that I was used to having in older offline systems. I've also noticed some hiccups when it integrates with other online booking platforms.

“Good value and support”
Pros
The customer service has been excellent and I really appreciate having everything in one place at a good price.
Cons
A downside is that it still doesn't have an app. The menus can be confusing to figure out at times and some changes have to be updated across different pages or tabs. It's not completely simple to manage especially since there are too many options or menus to modify the same thing.

“Helpful training”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and the Skype training sessions that explain the programs features are brief, clear and simple to follow.
Cons
There were a few small things that needed adjustment such as applying restrictions to individual price catalogs but after I reached out to the team they made the changes and now it fits almost all of my needs.
