Pros
Throughout the time I've been using it channel management has been the feature that helped me the most. Being able to upload my hotel's invoices directly into the system has also been really useful and I've appreciated how simple it is to use every day.
Cons
I can't point to any real downside with this software. Since I manage a small property my overall use of it isn't very extensive.

“Reliable Reservations”
Pros
Getting around the software feels very easy and all the features are laid out in a way that makes them simple to locate. Updating or changing reservations is quick and trouble free and the site is consistently up and running whenever needed. On top of that the customer support team is friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across any negatives about the software.

Using it feels very simple and uncomplicated. It lets you handle many different tasks and you can also connect other products to the main system which makes everything work together really effectively.
Cons

Matches the Greek tax system really closely which makes it very practical to use.

Pros
Whenever I need assistance the support team is really helpful. The system is user friendly, lets me correct mistakes by deleting them and comes with plenty of tools that are useful in daily work.
Cons
Something that's missing is a price per day option and the extra pricing function hasn't been very helpful for my needs.

Pros
Has been really practical to use. It is useful and the whole system feels pleasant and simple to work with.
Cons
A few additions would make the system even better: a mobile app, support for different occupancy options within the same room types, a breakfast included option in the booking engine shown alongside the rates and the ability to pay a deposit by entering a credit card number when completing a reservation.

Pros
It covered everything I needed. The booking engine works really well and with a bit of CSS knowledge it can be customized quite nicely.
Cons
Interface could use a slight refresh and although it already integrates with many systems there's still room for improvement.

Its possible for me to log in from wherever I am which is really convenient and that is because it is a cloud based software. The system is generally very user friendly and simple to work with.
Cons
It offers a lot of possibilities and options which is a big plus but that can sometimes make it a little confusing to work with.

The channel manager has been a huge help because it saves us a lot of time at work and makes daily life much easier.
Cons
Its calendar and the settings still need some improvements. Please also update the receipt and invoice section so the customer details can be filled automatically when we enter the VAT number.

Pros
Getting started with Hoteliga feels very easy. The platform is user friendly and whenever any issue has come up, the help desk has been able to answer questions or resolve it. My account manager is also very approachable and does a really good job of explaining more complicated problems in a way that's easy to understand. Once you get used to uploading price points and similar settings it becomes a very simple and effective system to work with.
Cons
I'd still like to see user access control improved. I know the option to differentiate between users is available but I'd like more flexibility in assigning different levels of access to different people. We aren't currently using multiple user types but it would be helpful to start with two basic roles such as an admin and a front desk user. Not everyone needs access to all of the business reports.

Didn't take long to start off with it, the difficulty level is pretty manageable, the support staff is always ready to help and it comes with a wide range of features.
Cons
The only thing I'd add is a few more report option but generally whenever I bring something up to their team they usually act on it right away.
