Pros
Getting started with the software was very easy and it didn't take long to understand how the different features work. The integration process was also simple and their team gave us all the support we needed along the way.
Cons
Price and sales management side still isn't very advanced yet although they are already working on adding new features in that area.

“Easy remote teaching platform”
Pros
Using this software for teaching our students has been a really positive experience and we're very satisfied with it. The interface is clear, the system is easy to use and the remote features are especially valuable because they let us train students in different branches at the same time. It feels simple and acessible overall and whenever we need help the support team is very responsive and helpful.
Cons
It would be even more beneficial if a Latvian translation were also available.

“Customised features”
Pros
One thing we really appreciate is how flexible the program is when it comes to development. Any time we come up with an idea for a new feature their team pays attention to what we need and works out a solution. It gets added for our hotel and can often end up benefiting other hotels as well.
Cons
We don't have any particular complaints. If there's ever a special process we're unsure how to handle their experts are always there to guide us and share their expertise.

“handy cloud setup and reports”
Pros
Has been very simple to use. It's cloud based, works on basically any internet connected device (even Linux) and we don't have to deal with that old one hour end of day process we used to have with traditional systems. The search function is useful, custom reports are a big plus and the multi property feature seems very valuable even though we haven't used it ourselves especially for sharing guest profiles across hotels in the same company. Setup was also quick and uncomplicated.
Cons
A few limitations have been frustrating. User passwords can't be changed and on a touch screen like the one we use at reception the room plan can get messed up when scrolling with a finger. The biggest issue is the lack of company profiles. We have to create regular profiles and replace the surname with the company name which makes it impossible to get proper statistics on company spending or even know accurately how many reservations a company has made. For a business hotel like ours that's a serious drawback and honestly one of the reasons many of our colleagues refused to try this software. Company statistics would also be very helpful for accounting. Another weak point is pricing. There's no proper way to charge different daily rates within one stay. For example, when we apply weekend discounts to a week long reservation we have to calculate an average daily price manually. That becomes even more inconvenient if the guest extends or shortens the stay because the whole rate has to be recalculated again. If staff forgets to do that we lose money. I know prices can be adjusted manually by day but those changes are not clearly shown on the reservation and can't really be edited per reservation the way we need. In our hotel weekend discounts apply only to individual guests while corporate guests have fixed contract rates so this matters a lot. Also when creating a reservation manually instead of through the room plan the room selection drop down shows all rooms including ones that are already occupied and even rooms of the wrong type.
