user friendly!

Pros

Didn't take much time at all to get familiar with the software and exploring the system felt quite easy. It's a user friendly platform and the best part is having help support available 24/7 whenever needed.

Cons

Up to this point I've been happy with the results and honestly haven't come across any real issues to mention.

Having customer support available all the time has been great!

Every now and then I run into something I can't fix on my own and need to contact support but they've always been able to sort it out for me.

Pros

After using it for more than two years I can say it's very user friendly and convenient to work with online. The system is simple and overall it has been easy to use day to day.

Cons

One area that could be better is profile management especially when it comes to using guest information across multiple properties.

Great front desk automation

Pros

Running front desk operations with this system feels very easy. The invoices can be fully customized and it makes it simple to automate everything from rate management to guest confirmations and alerts for the right hotel departments. The 24/7 customer support is also excellent and the team has been very helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Cons

Up to this point I haven't run into any drawbacks and whenever a question comes up the support team does an excellent job resolving it.
