Pros
The user interface is really user friendly and the support team has been excellent whenever needed. I can get a quick view of the hotels reports and they generate within seconds which saves a lot of time. Being cloud based also makes it very convenient and the pricing feels cost effective for what it offers.
Cons
A few areas could still be improved like showing vacant room status category wise and giving clearer indication of room types. Also confirmation vouchers are delivered only through email and not to mobile numbers which would be a useful addition.

“Cloud-based access makes hotel management easy”
Pros
Being cloud based has made a huge difference in how I manage the hotel. I can monitor operations anytime and from anywhere so I no longer have to keep calling the staff for updates. Making reservations and handling check ins or check outs is quick and simple and the system feels very user friendly overall. It also delivers solid value for the price. Othe than that the live support is very responsive which helps my team get assistance whenever they need it no matter where they are.
Cons
Neither my staff nor I have run into any real issues with the software. And on the rare chance something comes up the live chat and local support team are quick to sort it out.

“Simple setup”
Pros
Has been a pleasure to work with because the system is user friendly and the interface is very accessible. From the initial training through full onboarding the whole transition went smoothly. Their support team has also been consistently dependable: they respond to questions quickly, walk us through solutions step by step and make sure problems are resolved with very little downtime. I also want to recognize Pravesh Manhas (our Implementation Manager) and Sonu Gupta (our Account Manager) for the excellent support and service they've provided. Even after more than a year they are still very accommodating and wonderful to work with.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the limited customization in some features. A few modules would benefit from more flexibility especially for properties that have more specific operational requirements and need workflows cus tomized to them. There are also moments during peak usage when the system slows down slightly which can interrupt the pace of work. That said these issues have been manageable overall and the dependable support team helps a lot. Reaching out to our account manager has been especially useful whenever something urgent comes up since he replies promptly and makes sure concerns are handled with clear guidance and minimal downtime.

Pros
Security has been reliable, the pricing feels worthwhile and the customer support is quick to help. Also it handles hotel management well, the interface is user friendly and having website and mobile access makes it even more convenient to use.
Cons
Compared with other options this one comes at a lower price, offers faster support, has a friendlier interface and lets us set up different POS on our own. Because of that I have no cons to mention.

“reliable PMS with strong support”
Pros
Running a mid sized hotel with multiple outlets feels much more manageable with this platform because the system is simple and includes the core tools needed for daily operations. It comes with its own channel manager while also connecting well with leading third party channel managers in the industry. The reporting is detailed and thorough which helps a lot when tracking performance. Support is available 24/7 and the team is consistently responsive whenever help is needed. Apart from that the sales and relationship team stays proactive with regular check ins, asks for feedback often and seems genuinely interested in improving the product. Considering everything it offers the annual fee is quite reasonable compared with other similar PMS options.
Cons
An area where it could be better is language support. Adding more languages especially for South East Asian and South Asian markets such as Korean, Mandarin and Japanese would improve guest facing features and make the investment even more worthwhile.

“Handy mobility”
Pros
Using this software has been a positive experience overall. The system is easy to use and the 24/7 customer support is always there when needed and genuinely helpful. It takes care of routine work like billing and confirmation emails automatically which saves a lot of time. Mobile access is also a big advantage for me since I have to move around and manage different properties in different locations. It has also improved a lot now that Thai support is available because Thai staff can easily reach out and get help whenever they need it.
Cons
However getting everything set up can be complicated especially when it comes to tax related configuration and the maintenance package. The reporting side also does not fully match Thai business practices and there are still quite a few reports missing that are usually available in other software.

Pros
Getting help is very simple and there's no delay when support is needed. The support team is well informed across the board, responds quickly and always comes across as friendly and professional.
Cons
After using the software for more than a year I can't think of any real downsides. Whenever something does come up the support team or the account manager is there and ready to help.

Pros
Running this software as our cloud based hotel management system has been a really positive experience. It keeps operations efficient, accurate and well coordinated across every department and the platform is easy to use while still giving us strong daily operational control. Has been extremely stable and the real time sync across channels has made a big difference by cutting down overbookings and reducing manual mistakes. Its Channel Manager integration works flawlessly as well keeping our inventory updated across all OTAs consistently.

“costly mistakes and broken promises”
Pros
There's honestly nothing to appreciate about this software unless the goal is to deal with constant problems and lose money.
Cons
This product feels like it was built without even a basic understanding of front desk and reservation workflows. The onboarding managers were useless spending more time giving lectures than actually fixing issues. We were billed for an extra three months without any approval. Even though they promised a one month extension on the initial three months so the problems could be resolved they still charged us and then acted like they had forgotten. The POS did not integrate with the PMS which caused revenue loss and guests received strange square symbols instead of a proper confirmation letter when booking through the channel manager.

“Amazing OTA connectivity!”
Pros
Working with it has been a really positive experience. It's a very user friendly platform and reservations can be completed in just a few steps. New team members are able to learn it quickly without much difficulty. It also connects very well with OTAs, the channel manager and the booking engine. One feature that has been especially useful is the ability to split a single booking across different room categories within the same hotel for different dates which is something many mid priced systems still don't handle well. The customer support team has also been there whenever needed and has provided excellent assistance to all the resorts we manage for marketing and reservations.
Cons
For a hotel management software I feel that modules such as store management (including the main store and department level stores), linen management and accounting are still missing from it. These really should be included as part of the system. Customization can also be difficult at times and getting those changes installed often takes a long time possibly because they are supporting a large number of hotels. The mobile app is another weak area as it does not perform the way I expected especially when compared with some other PMS solutions.
